入室、退室の管理も楽。
コスパは非常に良かったが、贅沢いうと建物は古い。

寝室とトイレと浴室が清潔。ドライヤーと寝巻着と各種アメニティがあった。受付の方が親切。化粧台が広くて使いやすい。ベッドが広い。駅近で安い。
ドライヤーが温風しか出ないので冷風も使いたい時は持参すべき。体を洗うタオルのアメニティはない。備え付けのリンスインシャンプーがゴワゴワするので自分用のを持ってくるべきだった。エレベーターで宿泊客以外でも全ての階層へ行けるので女性の方は防犯上不安かもしれない。

ご夫婦で運営されていてとても感じが良かった。宿泊費に対して部屋が比較的広くて良かった。
ロビーにトイレがあったら良かった（部屋のトイレが狭いので）。

The location, also the staff was friendly even though they did not speak English and I did not speak Japanese.
They didn't clean the room until I left (three days after I arrived), seemed very weird.
