Gorgeous Private Home with a Million Dollar View!
About this house rental
Situated in St Germain, this lovely house for $475 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The view to the lake from the living room has often been referred to as a “Million Dollar View” by many visitors. It’s a great place to gather in the morning to have coffee and plan the days’ activities while taking in the smell of the outdoors with large patio doors. If you’re lucky, the deer will even walk by the lakeside on their way out for the day. The home features 3 fully remodeled bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed in 2 rooms and a twin over full bunkbed in the 3rd room. The upstairs features a king bed along with a queen and has the option to pull out 2 more full mattresses for even more sleeping options. The home has a full bathroom on all 3 floors so there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready after a busy day hanging out on the lake. The basement features a large gathering area with a 55” TV with surround sound, dart board, shuffleboard and games to keep the kids entertained. This area also has a sleeper sofa and futon bed for additional sleeping options. While the kids are enjoying their time, the adults have an adjoining area with a wet bar along with a TV and pub table to sit around and tell stories. From this area you can walk out to the concrete patio that overlooks the lake, to catch that last ray of sun at the end of the day. Off the patio is a relaxing fire pit area to do s’mores or just hang out with friends There are plenty of amenities already provided for you and your family so that you don’t have to pack your whole house when coming here on vacation. Little St. Germain Lake has a diverse shoreline and many areas to find quiet water to ski or just float for the afternoon. East Bay also has an island to go hang out and stand in the shallow water while the kids splash around in the afternoon sun and the parents enjoy an adult beverage. For the fishermen in the group, the lake is also known for its musky, bass, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, perch, and walleye. The lake also features 2 restaurants with bars for those afternoon cruises to grab an appetizer and a fancy umbrella drink or a cold beer.

This property was perfect for our family. Great fishing for the kids off the pier. Beautiful lake and the cabin was great. Hope to go back again!

Place was great. However, I have a couple of issues. 1. Please remove items from the standard amenities list which you do not actually provide. For example, it literally has "towels provided" in the list. Towels are actually NOT provided. I understand that you send an email out AFTER booking saying that towels are not provided but I missed that.... Just remove it to avoid confusion please. #2 REMOVE THE PICTURE OF THE BOAT LIFT. There is not a boat lift provided at this property. Very unhappy to see that there was not a boat lift when I arrived. It's one of the items that plays into the decision I make on where to rent. I called on the first day to let you all know about these things. I see they are still on the site several weeks later. Other than that the place was great. Lots to do on the lake and the water is great. The lake is just the right size and layout to keep the water generally calm. Water is clean and the bay over right in town has the deepest and clearest water. Gas and boat rental on the lake is handy. Thanks again.

Everything was very nice! there was a leak under the sink, I called and let the office know. we did tighten the pipe under the sink and it seemed to not leak then. We all want to go back!

Lovely home
We loved this cabin. It is decorated nicely inside and out. The small touches were much appreciated as well: the motion sensor lights outside, fire pit, games, kayaks, Alexa. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our family’s 5th St Germaine New Year’s snowmobile get-way, but our first time staying at this particular house. We loved this house and will rent it again! It was perfect for us. It was warm and cozy, decorated so cute for the holidays, close to snowmobile trails, had a well-equipped kitchen, offered fabulous views of the snow-covered lake, and the kids and adults alike were thrilled with the frequent deer sightings!

The view of the lake is spectacular and I believe it would be an ideal location for stargazing, although we couldn't test that as it was overcast during our entire stay. We did hit peak autumn color and the area in which the home is located was drenched in color – just gorgeous!
Because it was cold and rainy, we would have loved to have been able to have a fire in the living room fireplace, but that was not an option during our stay. Aside from that, our only gripe was the ridiculously thin toilet paper provided and having to bring our own towels. At this price point, we felt towels and slightly more luxurious toilet paper should have been on site.
All agreed, though, that we would come again. The location was great and the view, as mentioned, just beautiful!
