Located directly on Lake Guntersville in the picturesque town of Guntersville, Alabama, this apartment was built specifically for enjoying the beauty of the lake and local amenities. With 3 major grocery stores, 4 boat launches (2 within 1.5 miles), Wal-Mart, and dozens of restaurants less than 3 miles away, you can enjoy the private, relaxed comfort of this neighborhood apartment while staying connected to everything Guntersville has to offer. This private, one bedroom, one bathroom loft features three queen beds with new mattresses (linens included), a kitchenette (full size side-by-side refrigerator, full size dishwasher, double bowl sink, microwave, full pot coffee maker, induction eye with compatible pots and pans, food storage containers, blender, 7 quart crockpot, mixer, and service for eight), a full bathroom with a full size shower (towels and linens included), 52” television with YouTube TV, unlimited Wi-Fi through Spectrum, a full size dinner table for six, and a beautiful deck to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! The interior of the apartment is spacious and open; it is decorated in crisp white and dark-stained wood. Detached from a home situated on two lots, this apartment offers plenty of deck space for grilling and wildlife watching as well as ample parking for vehicles and boats. It is an easy stroll down to the lake. Fish from the shore or launch your boat close by to experience one of the best fishing areas of Lake Guntersville! This side of the lake, named Spring Creek, is where Randy Howell fished his way to the 2014 BASSmaster Classic title, and former BASSmaster champion Chris Lane chose this area of the lake to call home! Speaking of wildlife, the quality and variety of species is magnificent! We have three consistent pair of osprey that you can find just about any time of day or year, at least one pair of bald eagles with a minimum of two juveniles that nest just up the road and hunt in front of the apartment, many species of woodpecker, songbirds, and ducks (especially in the winter), and several great blue herons, great egret, and even green herons that use this lake shore to fish. Usually, in the evenings, you can also watch a couple of beaver and muskrats swim the lake; I have even seen a few otter! This apartment sleeps six in three queen beds with plenty of room and now has a sofa with a queen pullout as well. There is room to park your vehicles and boat(s) in front of the apartment (an outlet is on the porch). Also, we have a pontoon boat that rides up to 14 people that you can rent, if needed. We offer multi-day discounts for extended fun!

Only a few suggestions to improve visitors comfort. Curtain for front door & key to lock place when visitor goes out all day. Recliner chair, towel rack to air dry towels. Hangers or area to hang clothes. Many thanks. We enjoyed ourselves as our goals to relax & go fishing were met each day.

We enjoyed using this rental as our home base while our son played a 3 day baseball tournament in Albertville. It's only 15 mins from the ball parks.

We had a fantastic stay. Just watch out for the cats that like to try to come inside. But they are so cute too. Great sunsets and sunrises. Even the birds was laughing. We loved it.

Me and my three boys give Fish Eagle Loft, Four Thumbs Up. The Loft was everything the owner advertised. It provided us with ample space to spread out and relax after busy days spent fishing on the lake. The three queen size beds & pillows were comfortable and slept well. The sturdy kitchen table and chairs were large enough to accommodate six. The shower had a low-entry, easy-access threshold and included both a stationary and removable handheld sprayer with plenty of hot water. The well-lit bathroom had plenty of room to walk around and take care of one's personal business with provided toilet paper and an ample supply of luxurious towels, soaps, and shampoos. The Kitchenette was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, napkins, paper towels, etc. Appliances included a microwave, toaster oven and toaster, dishwasher, and a nice-sized refrigerator with water and ice through the door. Though not having a cooktop stove or traditional oven, there was a plug-in Induction cooktop hot plate that cooked our eggs very well every morning. There was a nice-sized TV that included cable and plenty of evening entertainment options. A DVD player and internet access were also offered. Though the property is in a (nice) neighborhood surrounded by other houses, it still had the feel of an isolated, quiet retreat. The property is conveniently located within minutes of shopping and conveniences necessary for a short stay as well as access to numerous community boat ramps, docks, and shoreline fishing locations. On the back of the property was a nice-sized personal dock where Me and my boys fished every day & night that we were there. We caught several fish including crappie, bass, and four large catfish. Finally, the views off the balcony overlooking the lake were spectacular and very peaceful for times of meditation and reflection. It is with these things in mind that we highly recommend staying at Fish Eagle Loft.

This property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The property suited us perfectly for us to fish the tournament. I would stay at this property again for the next tournament. The owners of the property were very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were ok. Even the neighbors were very friendly. We were all highly impressed.

Beautiful view. Unfortunately nature (algae and lily pad bloom) had taken over the cove and we couldn’t fish from the pier. Evidently it happens every year at this time of the year.Also, would have been great to have somewhere besides bed or kitchen chair to sit. A couple of recliners or a sofa would have great. There was plenty of room for a sofa.

First trip to Lake Guntersville! Property was easy to find and definitely lake front but in a little cove that wasn’t busy at all. It is a studio with 3 very comfortable beds. Great for a romantic getaway or families with young children. Josh and Christian were welcoming- basically a mi casa su casa vibe- offering use of the pedal boat and kayak. Cute renovation with fish theme inside. It was a great home base as we traipsed all around North Alabama checking out 3 state parks within 45 minutes to an hour away. Guntersville has lots of public access to the lake as well

Looks like a run down foreclosed home for years. Many places to fall and unsafe walk ways. The owner even blamed us for his retaining brick wall falling down and kept security deposit. There is no way we could drive a boat up the yard to hit it. We were parked at nearest boat ramp and drove boats to the rental property. Just save your trouble and money go to the state park or hotel.

Property was a advertised - great place for a girl's weekend, guys fishing trip or family weekend. Great morning/evening view from the deck. Quiet neighborhood - owners on property so easy to contact them if need be. Definitely a safe part of town. Would stay here again! Thanks for accommodating us.

The apartment was very clean. Check in was a breeze. I was looking for a place to book and stay the same night as booking, but the home away app would not let me request to stay the same night as booking. I messaged Christian and she replied within 30 minutes of my inquiry and allowed us to stay that night. Overall experience was a great. Thanks to Christian and Josh for allowing my family to stay.
