About this house rental
Nestled in Tucson Estates, this lovely house for $151 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Nestled beneath Beehive Peak and the Tucson Mountains, this property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat and experience the ultimate in Arizona indoor/outdoor living. The home features two master suites so it is perfect if you are traveling with another couple or just want your own space. Suite one we like to call the "man" master furnished rustic leather and wood finishes, with a king bed, recliner and 55" TV. The bath features a water closet and walk in shower with bench. Suite two is the 'glam" suite furnished with soft gold accents and just the right touch of bling, a king bed, wing back chair with ottoman, 55" TV. The bath features a large soaking tub, walk in shower, water closet and double sinks. Suite three is the "silver" suite and is beautifully furnished with velvety gray convertible twin sofa sleeper and silky soft silver chair and glass desk. Use this suite as on office, extra bedroom or separate sitting room. The 3rd bath has a full standard tub and shower. The kitchen features a large island with four bar stools, gas range, double oven, french door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dish washer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker and Keurig with complimentary pods. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your baking and cooking needs. The dining area seats six and is beautifully furnished with a solid wood table and comfortable tufted chairs. The great room features a 55" TV, two full size sofas, two wing-back chairs with ottomans, nesting tables and beautiful plants. The patio features a table with seating for four, sofa sectional, swing chair and gas grill. A second patio features beautiful views of both Beehive Peak and Pig Mountain (see if you can find the pig) and a beautifully landscaped back yard with seven palm trees for a resort like feel and perfect for Arizona style outdoor living. The entry hall cabinet is full of a variety of games and puzzles. There is high-speed internet throughout along with a variety of cable channels plus Netflix. Voice control remote, and DVR so you don't miss out on your favorite shows.

We came to Tucson to watch a week of the NJCAA soccer national tournament with our puppies. This home was fantastic and perfect for us. So very much like home and comfortable, near hiking and with space in the back for our dogs to play. A wonderful place!

This was a great house to stay at for our visit to Tucson. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and very well appointed, and beds are comfortable. The backyard is very large and private. It's very close to an array of trails that venture into Tucson Mountain Park, and the house is an easy drive to downtown/University of Arizona. Would definitely stay here again.

Our initial plan was to stay 2 weeks but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended a few more days. Melissa the owner and her sister Rhea who was our onsite contact were both great to work with. We will definitely come back!

This was the most comfortable nicest place. There was everything we needed… the back yard was so nice to chill with a glass of wine and a great kitchen to cook a nice meal. The bedrooms and bathrooms had great quality sheets and towels. It was also close to everywhere we needed to go. When in Tucson we will stay again!

This property couldn't be located in a better spot. Quiet residential neighborhood bordering Tucson Mountain Park. We hiked almost every day and there is the Bittersweet Trailhead 0.9 mile walk from the front door!! The Beehive Mountain at the end of the block is gorgeous. One night we heard coyotes howling at dusk while hiking nearby. Tweny minute drive and you are in downtown Tucson to enjoy theater, music, and great dining. We went to three concerts at the sensational FOX theater and dined at the Cup Cafe in the courtyard of the historic Congress Hotel. Sabino Canyon is about 45 minutes drive with incredible hikes and views. The Desert Museum is about 15 minute drive and all the great hiking nearby. We did Wasson Peak, Kings Canyon petroglyphs, Brown Mt Loop, and many others. We enjoyed the Linda McCartney photo exhibit at U Arizona. The two master bedrooms were great for when my sister visited and my brother and his wife. Every comfort was afforded including a wide range of spices, paper products, dish soap, and garbage bags. They even have an electric tea kettle. The weather did not allow much use of the back yard. But we hope to return and get a chance for more backyard enjoyment. We did grill twice and that worked very well. The private office was great for the work I did in the mornings and never had a problem with internet connection. Large screen TVs throughout the house worked perfectly, but we were so tired from hiking and having fun that we usually feel asleep!

We couldn't have been happier or more comfortable during our week at The Beehive. Although the weather was chilly and it rained several times, we still got in a couple hikes on the Bittersweet Trail which is easily accessible by foot or short drive. On the warmest day we golfed at El Rio which is less than 20 minutes away. The lovely view of the well-landscaped back yard prevented us from feeling closed-in when the weather was less than wonderful. The home is beautifully decorated with a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and king size bed. Everything was white-glove clean throughout. We grilled several times, and it was great to not be dependent upon restaurant meals. Our host allowed us to use the garage which saved us from getting drenched coming home during a downpour. It was really nice working directly with the owner rather than dealing with a management company like we have for past rentals. Many thanks for such a pleasant vacation from ice and snow!

We were here for the Gem Show & the venues were all within about 15 minutes from the house. Airport is close, too.
The house is almost brand new in a quiet neighborhood. It was stocked wonderfully with soft towels and a pantry full of goodies in case you wanted to cook in. This area of town did not have any restaurants close by, but like I said, everything is within an easy drive if you wanted to go out to eat.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the Tucson area.

A great 2+ bedroom home. This home was very clean and quite comfortable. The kitchen and baths are extremely well stocked. Kitchen is very mondern and it looks like it was recently revonated. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. a good value. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 (two couples). It was very clean, well furnished, and the backyard was gorgeous, with nice views. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, which is not always the case, and the furniture was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the owner’s sister (owner was out of town) was nice enough to bring us a new tank of propane so we could enjoy the backyard and grill one evening. She met us at check in as well and was very attentive and helpful. We had an amazing time and could not have asked for anything more. If I ever need a place to stay in Tucson again, the Beehive will be my first choice!
