You’ll be in the middle of everything Scottsdale has to offer! From the moment you put your luggage down, you’ll feel at ease in this home’s inviting space, complete with a newly remodeled kitchen with new tile flooring, a large spacious living area with a dining table and expansive breakfast bar, also a pool with a covered patio & BBQ. With 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, this home can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests, making it the perfect home for large groups, families and even work colleagues. The large spacious kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. Also a breakfast bar with seating for 6 In the common area, you’ll find a dining table with seating for 6 and a family room with a massive sectional sofa and a 65” flat screen TV, providing a place for everyone to catch game or just relax after a day of sightseeing. Need to do laundry and don’t feel like finding a laundromat? We’ve included a washer and dryer for your convenience! (available upon request). Down the hall, you’ll find the master suite which faces the pool and offers a hip and modern vibe. Also a king memory foam bed. You’ll have plenty of privacy with your own ensuite bathroom. All guest rooms come equipped with spacious queen beds. The last bedroom is vibrant with great sun exposure and features a queen-size bed plus it’s own private entrance to the rear patio. Additional sleeping areas include 3 twin-size air mattresses. Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a BBQ & full size diving pool, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather and help yourself to fun games. Bedding: Bedroom 1- Master bedroom: 1 King Bedroom 2- Guest bedroom: 1 Queen Bedroom 3- Guest bedroom: 1 Queen Bedroom 4- Guest bedroom: 1 Queen Extra bedding: 3 comfy air mattress & large sectional couch. Sleeps: 11 Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Garrett was great - quick to respond and flexible for check-in and check-out time. This house is a quick 10 minute drive from the airport, but also only about 10 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. The neighborhood was quiet so we spent most days at the awesome pool in the backyard. Inside - the house is updated and was perfect for the 8 of us. Great amount of space in the living room and each bed was so comfy. When people have asked what my favorite part of the trip was, I've continuously said "the house!" - and it's true!
