A wonderful stay, lots of amenities. Kitchen well equipped, enjoyable pool, comfortable dinning and family room. Wifi and temperature control was good. Everyone who stayed had a great time.

The property is great for a group of 10 or more. Many bedrooms with queen or king sized beds and multiple bathrooms. Pool area is fenced to protect younger children. Great fire pit area and two barbecues. Nothing that we did not like.

The house and accommodations were great….. the only issue was there were 5 propane tanks on the property and all of them were empty.We contacted our property manager the second day of our 6 night stay and she did bring one out which was nice
With the cool nights we wanted to hang out by the outdoor fire pit ( that uses propane) as well as grill out.
I would of liked to have the extra propane tanks full since there were 2 gas grills…. Besides that no complaints and would rent again in the future

We rented the home as a place to house a small security team of seven during our recent trip. We had one couple in the group and all other individual males. The house was perfect and had plenty of space for everyone. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, we did use the grill on two occasions and it worked well. The house is not too far from the Scottsdale area where we were working an has plenty of stores, restaurants and options nearby.

We liked the house. For a large group of women it was spacious and accommodating. The pool was clean and set at a comfortable temperature for us. We were disappointed to learn the fire pit was broken and in the process of being replaced (we had unusual cool weather while we were there). A brand new one was delivered before we checked out. We did encounter some additional problems, which were addressed to our satisfaction. The management company was quick to respond and did their best to meet our expectations.

Broken a/c unit
The house was conveniently located and sized appropriately for a large family get together. Unfortunately, upon arrival the air conditioning unit was being replaced for the upper floor. The repair was not made and during the entire stay the unit was hot (average temperatures in the area was over 100 degrees) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and spending time upstairs. Continual follow up with the property manager which was less than helpful and no real attention was given in a timely manner in order to allow for a more comfortable stay. Members of our party left a day early due to being uncomfortable and not wanting to sleep in the heat.

Chandler home
The house is spacious, and in a very good location. It was clean. The kitchen has minimal cookware, glasses, and serving utensils. There are plenty of bath and pool towels.
There is one bedroom on the main floor with a private bath, plus a powder room in the main living area.
Upstairs, there are 2 master bedroom suites. The down side is the other 3 bedrooms share a hallway bath.
The backyard has nice outdoor space with plenty of seating. The fire pit did not work. I assume it needed propane. There was an extra tank in the garage, but the tank attached to the grill was empty.

NOT CLEAN! Kitchen are was dirty. Fridge, microwave, wine cooler, sink, countertops, kitchen cabinets, floors all have not been cleaned. Pool cover tore, dishwasher had a damage door, no propane for fire pit or grill. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

We spent most of our time congregated in the kitchen. The living areas weren’t comfortable for a large amount of people. Unfortunately the heated pool was not operational during our stay which we requested and paid for in advance. This was a huge selling point for our stay here. However, the owner did refund us this cost. We will not stay here again.

4 families stayed for a week at this property, and we would do it at this property again. The A/C on the main floor wasn't working, when we notified the manager it was repaired that day. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location was central to, so many things.

House worked well for the 4 couples. However outdoor pool was not working, main fireplace was not working (35 degrees at night outside); jetted tub not working, no tissue, limited spices.

What a great place. All kinds of room, very clean. Loved sitting out back around the fire pit with my buddies. Great location close to golf, shops, food. We will be back next year.
