View at Belyars Croft is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with level access from the car park. There is one car parking space a real bonus in the busy summer months when it can be virtually impossible to park near to town. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area has large windows, with a window seat and French door framing super views over the communal garden across St Ives bay. It is generously equipped, we hope with everything you require for a relaxing, memorable holiday in St Ives. There is access through the French doors to your own private decked and small grass area, with a table and 4 chairs. Outside you will also find a bike store for guests to secure their bikes. It is located in the Belyars area of St Ives, a peaceful location yet within easy reach of the beautiful beaches and hustle and bustle of this lively cosmopolitan town. Take a look at our special low season rates (excluding school holidays, Christmas and New Year). In low season there is still plenty going on in St Ives and we accept bookings for short breaks, please send an enquiry with your dates.

Had a lovely stay in this bright, spacious and modern apartment,

Smart terrace and small garden with a sea view.
Good location- downhill into St Ives.

Spent a fabulous 4 days in the apartment, and couldn't be happier. The apartment is very close to the town centre -
9 or 10 mins walk with a pram, less if you can walk down the steps straight onto the main street. The time taken getting into the town is quickly negated by not having to endlessly drive around looking for a parking space, or then having to walk from those car parks.
The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. Easy to gain access, with great communication from the hosts.
It rained for the majority of the time we were there, but the garden was lovely and we'd have made use of it had the weather been better.
Would highly recommend it, and we'll be looking to come back again.

Lovely property with parking, in walking distance of the town centre and Porthminster beach. We had a fantastic few nights and the flats was comfy, cosy and well equipped with a lovely outlook including sea peeps and a view across to Godrevy. A great find for us!

We had such a lovely stay, perfect apartment spotlessly clean but still felt homely. The kitchen is really well equipped and the thoughtful extras like milk in the fridge and basket of goodies was very much appreciated after a long drive. Great location for a short walk down to the harbour or beach. Would happily stay again and recommend to everyone!

Check in process was fiddly as the key pads storing the keys did not work properly. The apartment was very good and accurate to the description. I marked the cleanliness of the property lower as when I sat on the sofa one evening and my keys slipped out of my pocket so I pulled the cushion away to find them and discovered a large amount of crumbs/sand underneath the cushions. I was rather surprised to see this as the rest of the place was very good. Upon leaving we had difficulty in using the key pad to access the bins and left a message to notify your cleaner. As we were there during storm Agnes and arrived back to the flat cold and very wet we tried to put the heating on in the lounge/kitchen area but was unsuccessful. We treated your apartment like we would our own home and as there was only 2 of us and we mostly ate out we left it in a perfectly good condition.

This property is amazing. Lovely location . Apartment is perfect. So comfortable. I could live there! Bed comfy, bathroom lovely. No faults at all. Communication great.

The property was welcoming on arrival with a welcome pack consisting of a selection of beverages including a bottle of wine and a clotted cream tea and chocolates.
The apartment was very clean and fresh, it has a fully equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances. Tv's in every room for entertainment. Comfortable furniture for lounging and beautiful pictures on the walls giving it that homely feel. The outdoor balcony and terrace is private and ideal for a outside chill before or after going out.
Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in St Ives.

An excellent apartment which is very well presented and would highly recommend to anybody taking a trip to wonderful St.Ives. A short walk into town and the parking space is a must in St. Ives as it gets very busy. A perfect base for a short break or a week as we did and I am sure we will return.

Very nice apartment, have stayed before a few years ago. Ideal for two couples. The use of the park and ride to get to the town is the best option from Erith Station.

Property was as advertised and described. But that’s not doing it justice. We’ll equipped and very clean, useable deck area and a sea view. Very quiet, with the exception of some building work at the neighbouring building, but that will be temporary. Welcome pack and note from the owners was a nice touch on arrival. Very convenient for town, but it is an uphill climb on the way back. Parking on site was a god send and a must in this resort.

We arrived at the property to find it wasn’t up to scratch. Lighting wasn’t working, the living area blind was broken, dirty hand marks on several walls and the floors had not been cleaned properly - sand all over the wooden floors, food debris, a nail clipping and a dead moth. Also, the fans in both bathrooms did not work. I advised the owners who simply said they prided themselves on cleanliness , that the fans were just quiet and they didn’t know about the blind. Several days after our exchange of emails about this , they tried to contact us by phone. Unfortunately the signal in the area is atrocious and I didn’t receive the message until our return to home. I was surprised the owners did not try to rectify theses major flaws immediately- why wait several days? If I didn’t return a telephone message, why not email me or ask the handyman/cleaner to get a note to us??
The fans didn’t work and the bathrooms, after use, were like steam rooms, with no ventilation.
The apartment lacked the small touches necessary to make it special. Small things like lack of kitchen equipment, no games, books nor DVDs.
We were shocked at the owners lack of attention to detail and apparent indifference to the points we raised.
We have holidayed in many UK holiday homes and this simply did not live up to the standard of a premier listing nor value for money.

He was asked by another couple staying in another apartment to move outside of the bay so they could squeeze into a parking space at the end. He should have said no as the next day he got a ticket. So a message- make sure you park within the allocated bays and do not move from outside the bay lines! Not the owners fault at all but thought it was worth noting. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A nice base to explore St Ives
The flat is spacious, nicely done up, and conveniently located. We liked that the beach was just 10 minutes walk away, and that it was so easy to reach the centre of St Ives. We would happily stay there again.

Comfortable lovely apartment with excellent location
This is a really great base and very comfortable apartment with some great luxury features and homely feel. Very practical space, clean and useful features such as outside store. Care had been made bed owners to put really good provisions in place in consideration of COVID19 situation. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Pre-visit communications with owner was very quick to respond
A couple of minor concerns, it was marketed as a child friendly property (even mentioning cots and high chair options available at extra charges) which in general the apartment was, however with toddlers there were a few hazards which could have been not there I.e. a glass coffee table, outside area which toddlers could have walked out of into other apartments and dining set with paint peeling away which my youngest tried to eat the paint. Some of these things could be addressed quite easily.
Also had issues with parking attendant putting a ticket on the car as permit had slipped slightly on dashboard which whilst not in owners control is a bit of a dampener on experience and remains still unresolved. Owner has provided some comms as requested but too late to use and a little at arms length and not very helpful. I had hoped owner would have been a little more keen support and resolve without us getting charged given the costs of the apartment, circumstances the issue happened and impact on our experience.

A lovely modern apartment in great location
This is a wonderful holiday home. It was immaculately clean and well maintained. The location is great, on the hillside with views down to the sea and in easy walking distance of the town, the beaches and local facilities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in a perfect location. A quiet area but only a short walk into St. Ives town.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor shed was very useful for all our beach gear. The property owners were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment and location. We had a great holiday!

Our stay at View @North 2, St Ives
We had a wonderful week staying in this property located a short walk to the center of St Ives. It’s really well located, convenient to get to by car, spacious, comfortable and cozy all at the same time.
Access to the garden space to the front of the property was a hit with the children and the ability to relax on the window Seat and look out to the sea was a hit with the adults.
We would recommend this property and will certainly consider coming back.

Lovely apartment in a great location
The apartment was extremely comfortable and decorated and furnished to a high standard. It was well thought out with lots of attention to detail. The welcoming basket was a really nice greeting and communication from the owners was excellent. It felt like a real home from home and provided a great base for exploring the area. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Stay in North 2
Property was a great find, perfect for what we wanted clean, fresh, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful sea views and a sunny terrace for breakfast. Close to the town. We could walk but elderly parents used Ace taxis always under £5 and dropped them where they wanted in town. Overall a wonderful holiday and the apartment added to our enjoyment it was a pleasure to return to every day. Highly recommended.

Excellent luxurious accommodation
This apartment is outstanding and fully furnished with everything you need. Lovely decking with views across to the sea and is only a 10 minute walk into the town. It is very spacious and light throughout and finished to a high standard - the owners even left us a welcome pack on our arrival which was a lovely surprise. It is highly recommendable.

Beautiful apartment with lovely views
We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything about it is perfect and beautiful. Staying here provides such a relaxing break yet being close enough to walk into st ives. We enjoyed our mornings eating breakfast on the terrace in the sun !

Luxury accommodation with a modern flair in artwork, comfortable furniture, sleek and modern kitchen, and the best beds ever! We enjoyed the glimpse of the ocean as the sun rose in the
morning over the garden. The downhill walk to the Town centre and beaches was quick and easy. The uphill return was invigorating and left us with a feeling of healthy accomplisment. Our hosts have thought of everything! The welcome basket with wine and chocolate and all the makings for Cream Tea was amazing! We highly recommend these accommodations and would encourage others to book this dream flat!

Lovely Week in St Ives
I spent many happy holidays in St Ives as a child but this was our first time back in 19 years. It was great to have such a lovely base to return to each day after wandering around and reliving old memories. The steep hills were no problem as we live in Bath but we must own up to using the number 2 bus on the odd occasion to get back to the flat after a long day. The flat itself was great, it had everything we needed,great views,nice and warm and very comfy bed. The artwork is great and I commend whoever chose it, just my taste. No problems finding the place or the keys and plently of parking as I think only a couple of flats were occupied during our stay. All in all a wonderful week and we certainly will not be leaving it another 19 years before we visit again. Thank you .

Another great holiday at Belyars Croft (North 2)
The apartment once again was spot on, everything you need, home from home. 10 minute walk out of St Ives.
The apartment is that great we cooked there most nights, lazy morning with the view towards St Ives, what more could you ask for.
Forget going abroad.
This is our third visit and we are hoping to book again.
On arrival you get a nice welcome with wine, chocolate and my favorite scones and cream with jam and not forgetting the ginger crunch, this goes down well after a full day on the surf. Thanks again Cassandra and Richard.
