The location opposite the Woorim beach was excellent, apartment was clean with a great living area and lovely sea view.
Very roomy
When we arrived at the Rreal estate agent to pick up the key , our apartment had been double booked. The estate agency was able to give us a different accommodation for two nights- this was excellent 4 star. Agency handle it very well.
We received a number message advising us that the smart meter was to be installed and that we needed to be home on that day
As it turned out the electrician did not need to enter our apartment.
There was an expectation that we remain home in that day. The owner or estate agency were responsible not us.

ThIs Property is over priced for the unit. Great little area . No air-con, and the fans that are at the property are ridiculous. This unit is very tied and has ants and cockroaches also. We where that uncomfortable and you can’t sleep even with all windows open in the entire unit. Maybe some ceilings vans or at least decent pedal stool fans would be a great investment . I won’t be staying agin in this unit . To say we where disappointed was exactly correct. First National Real Estate where meant to send paperwork through for this Property for us to fill out also and that never happened as they manage this property as a Holiday Let. A week we waited and received nothing . The area is lovely but management and the unit itself gets a two star rating from us .
Hot as hell and we booked a four day stay. Very disappointed. Beware there is ants and cockroaches at all times and you are provided two little fans at this property which do nothing at all . No air-con or ceiling fans
