Property was recently renovated from top to bottom. When you arrive, there’s no need to stop at the front desk; head straight up to the unit and use your unique entry code to unlock the keyless deadbolt. No keys to keep track of! The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances including a cooktop, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and an over the cooktop sensor microwave. It is fully stocked with small appliances such as a blender, countertop oven, and Keurig. All of the cooking utensils and accessories you could ever need to make the perfect meal, as well as complete dining service for eight are provided. The cabinetry is brand new and features ample storage space and soft close hinges. The counter tops are a stylish, modern solid-surface. In the family room, all of the furniture is brand new, including the sleeper sofa, dinette set, and a versatile coffee table that features a lift-top. There is also a wall-mounted 40-inch HD Smart TV. Stream your favorite Netflix series after a day at the beach. There is a remote-control ceiling fan and plenty of lighting. In addition, it also features USB charging outlets to ensure all your devices stay fully charged. The bedroom features two brand new, queen size 14-inch memory foam pillow top mattresses and all new luxury linens. It also has a 40-inch wall-mounted, HD Smart TV with Netflix. The bedroom also offers two spacious closets and a dresser for maximum storage. We have also provided a clock with USB charging capability as well as USB charging outlets. The bedroom also has a remote-control ceiling fan for maximum comfort. The bathroom has a modern vanity with a glass counter and two sinks. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded subway tile with glass tile accents, along with an adjustable, handheld shower head. The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels. Rock your cares away on the balcony in one of the two Adirondack rocking chairs while enjoying the amazing oceanfront view. The balcony also features four additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar with full food menu. We are frequent flyers to Myrtle Beach & have stayed in various properties. This condo was clean, incredibly stocked with every extra you could ever need: beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, crockpot, blender, plenty of cookware & utensils, salt & pepper, coffee filters, coffee maker, toaster oven & so much more! The owners very obviously take a lot of pride in taking care of their unit & making guests feel comfortable ~they had a ton of hooks to hang things. This makes it so nice to be able to hang things instead of trying to shove them into drawers. It was decorated beautifully & felt “beachy”. The view is unbeatable-there’s nothing better than watching the sunrise over the ocean. I highly recommend this place for a getaway! Hosts were very helpful & quick with communication.

Beautiful little condo. Fantastic view. Some instructions on how to use some of the kitchen appliances would have been helpful. Grab bars in bathtub would increase safety.

The location is central to enjoyable activities and beautiful sunrise views. And the balcony rocking chairs are a perfect addition. If I could change anything, it would be restricting the use of marijuana on the resort property. The odor drove us inside.

Beautiful! Looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Would definitely return. Only complaint is that it was a little too small to comfortably fit a pack in play for my baby- but it still worked out! The resort is also very nice and perfect for families with small children. The view alone is worth it!

Kristen was highly responsive and helpful while we settled in and throughout the stay. The unit has everything you need, from plenty of towels to chip clips for your snacks. There are 2 beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and even a few beach toys (boogie boards and sand castle blocks). The beds are super comfortable; in fact, I slept so well asked Kristen what brand the mattresses were.

Excellent place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. Our condo was nicely decorated, very clean and in a great location. The view of the ocean was great and the pool area was very nice. I’d definitely stay here again and plan to do so in the future.

The condo was very clean and cute. The view was beautiful and my kids loved the pool area. It was a little tight for our family of 5 ( baby in a pack n play), but overall it was wonderful. Parking was a bit annoying when small cars parked in the van/truck area and we couldn’t find a spot, but there is an outside overflow lot if needed. Owners were very responsive and kind. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. We enjoyed our stay!
