Located within the Fairway Dunes section of Wild Dunes Golf & Tennis Resort, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath town home is steps away from the private community pool and tennis courts and a 7 minute walk to the beach. Home has been updated with all new furnishings, brand new washer, dryer, new Weber gas grill, linens & decor! Perfect for couples, families, golf weekend or girls' weekend, this home features a spacious living area with a new 65 in flat screen TV; a large newly updated, well-equipped modern kitchen; and a dining area that seats 8 -- all with amazing views of the golf course! The large screened-in porch features an outdoor dining area and open deck The upstairs master features a new king bed, updated en-suite bathroom, and open private balcony overlooking the green and pond on the 7th hole of the Ocean Course. The second bedroom also has a king bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk-out balcony and is connected to the 3rd bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. There is a brand new Murphy bed with new custom made mattress on the far side of the living room that sleeps 2. Additional conveniences of this town home include free wi-fi, beach chairs, and beach wagon. Golf, biking, shopping and dining are all available without ever leaving the gated resort Historic downtown Charleston is only a 25 minute drive from Wild Dunes Resort; CHS International Airport is a 30 minute drive. The beaches, golf courses, pool, and tennis courts are open; there is a lot to do on Isle of Palms and nearby Charleston! Our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for our guests. We have instituted rigorous cleaning protocols in accordance with short term rental recommendations including disinfection of all high touch surfaces (handles, railings, switches, remotes, draw pulls, chairs, tables, etc), removal of any items (food or otherwise) between rentals, all in addition to the thorough cleaning of the entire unit. This home does not include a Wild Dunes sports pass and the fireplace is not for guest use. Come stay and enjoy all that Isle of Palms has to offer!! Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. Beach chairs are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

We had the best time staying here. The house has absolutely everything you might need, its comfy and beautiful! We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach. The area is just beautiful and its so easy to get to and from wherever you'd like to visit. We had one question for the owners and they were so quick to respond. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering staying in the Charleston/IOP areas.

We had a nice get together with family at this condo located in beautiful Wild Dunes. Unit located on quiet street close to community pool and short walk to the beach access. Unit was very clean but wall to wall carpet and door mats need replacing….and look very tired. Property manager Robert made communication very easy and always responded very quickly when I had questions.

My friends and I loved staying at the Boston Sea Party condo. It had everything we needed for a great weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, the hosts had thought of everything - leaving little notes about anything that might be tricky such as how to work the TV in each room. Great location super close to the beach. Would love to come back again!

We were unable to access the garage to use the grill, and the beach chairs could use replacing, but overall it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Group of 6 stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding. It was a perfect week. The place was so spacious and clean. Great location. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but the beach gear provided and our own golf cart rental made it so easy. Communication was excellent. Could not have asked for a better week or stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our time at this property. We had plenty of room and especially loved the living space and screened in porch. My 2 year old love the pool which was very close and we appreciated the wagon for the walk to the beach with toddler and supplies. Property manager responsive and owners left easy to read instructions for how to access everything we need. Would stay again.

Very nice property!
We have been coming to Fairway Dunes my entire life and this was definitely one of my favorite units we've stayed in. The kitchen was open and updated and both bedrooms upstairs had king beds which was a huge bonus. Also loved having access to the extra fridge in the garage. Will definitely try to book again next year

Fabulous townhouse in Isle of Palms
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The townhouse even had little extras which made our stay better such as laundry baskets to carry clean laundry to the bedrooms. Also had lots of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. The pool is just a couple hundred feet from the townhouse. Robert was the best host. He was extremely responsive. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great house for a family vacation
We really enjoyed Boston Sea Party. The home had very spacious bedrooms. The mattress and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking! The location was great! We will definitely be back again next year.

This property was so perfect for our fall break vacation. The property had everything we needed (included beach chairs, washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen etc). It had great pool and beach access and was still a great location for visiting downtown Charleston and Patriots Point. We loved that we could stay comfortably with grandparents, parents and kiddos!! A great space for a large /multi family vacation!

Great Condo on the Wild Dunes Links Course
The property was fantastic. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, modern, appliances, porch over looking the golf course and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy check-in and check-out and host very responsive. Highly recommend!
