My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting our older kids at FSU. Sam was very prompt to answer questions and ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely book again!

House is Clean & Comfortable, nice and quiet neighborhood . We have done a lot of Fishing during daytime, So it was a good place to go home to after the beach. The house was equipped with all our needs, kitchen, bathroom and Cappuccino machine. Great Stay for us.

The home was just as described and the hosts were very communicative. We ended up staying during a major hurricane, we all made it through great and had no problems at all.

A definite home away from home. There were plenty of instructions for everything including how to turn on the beautiful canopy lights on the deck. Perfectly stocked with everything you need. We were in town for FSU move-in. This lovely home served as our home base away from home and gave us a quiet, comfortable place to relax with our Nole, prepare for moving and rest up after the move before heading home. The home is clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy drive into downtown and campus. Owners were attentive and ready to assist with any need.

We need a temporary stay during house renovations. This house was so much better than a hotel! Great house, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and a yard!

This home is centrally located in the Tallahassee area. The neighborhood is wonderful and the neighbors were kind and courteous. The home is incredibly furnished and apportioned. We needed nothing that was not available. The porch was a great extended family space. I absolutely loved this stay and will definitely book this residence again next time I'm home for a visit.

Needed a place to stay for my nieces graduation. This house was perfect. Great set up, great location and great house. Maria was wonderful and highly recommended this place on your next trip to Tally.

Really enjoyed our stay at this very nice property in the Gatewood neighborhood of North East Tallahassee. Lots of space, very relaxing and well stocked. Great neighborhood for walking! Close to parks.

I rented Maria and Sam's house for a family visit with our adult daughter and her husband. We come up to Tallahassee periodically and usually stay at one of the local hotels. We will never do that again. For almost the same price, we had an entire house to ourselves. It was spotless, too. Very spacious, and no clutter. It was a rainy weekend, so we took full advantage of all the room, cooking meals together, playing games, and watching movies on the large TV (Netflix is provided). The kitchen was amply supplied, and the coffee bar was stocked. The house is in a quiet walkable neighborhood behind Tallahassee Nurseries (a lovely plant nursery), and just down the street from Trader Joes, TJ Maxx, REI, and various stores and restaurants.

The house was very clean. It is in a nice neighbourhood that is quiet, mature and safe for walking. It was great to have the use of a full garage especially to store our bikes. The owners have taken care to provide a new fridge, dishwasher and 65 inch smart TV. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We stopped over in Tallahassee as a break in a longer road trip. The house had just what we needed. Communicating with the hosts was great!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice and easy entrance, quiet street, which was also fairly clean and well kept, seems like a nice neighborhood.

The closest coffee shop is over one mile away so it’s better to have a rental car or plans to Uber everywhere. The property managers were responsive and helpful.

This property was clean, spacious, and in a quiet, convenient location. Plenty of towels were provided which was nice to see. There is a nice new deck (better than what's currently pictured) for sitting outside. It is an older home and there was some staining around the bedroom ceiling air vent that looked like mildew. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Maria’s and Sam’s home is lovely! Our family was visiting family who live around the corner and this home was perfectly located for our family to have great time together! Maria and Sam were very helpful and accommodating as we made our plans. Definitely recommend!

We love this light, bright, immaculate, spacious, thoughtfully equipped 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a great brand-new deck and a new big-screen tv as well in a pleasant, quiet, convenient northeast Tallahassee residential neighborhood. And as if all that isn’t enough, there’s the exceptionally gracious nearby hosts as well. After a house fire pushed us out of our own Tallahassee home for an extended period this cute, comfy place has been a godsend for my husband and me. We’d heartily recommend it.

We liked our stay and that we got to experience an authentic Tallahassee neighborhood. The hosts are very accommodating.

I travel to Tallahassee often to check on my mom who lives in a memory care facility. It’s great to have a home away from home to visit with her. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and the large TV. My mom has mobility issues and found it very easy to move around the house and from the garage into the house. There are no stairs except for a few leading to the patio. The owners were very responsive and solved an issue with the garage door remote immediately. The house was exactly like the photos except a new deck is being added. Loved the neighborhood!
