A very relaxing and enjoyable stay

We liked the location of the caravan on the site. We also liked the layout of the caravan with bedrooms/bathrooms at both ends of the caravan. The site was not too far from the village facilities of Chapel St Leonards.

It was perfect

Absolutely everything. Was a slight problem with getting the key but it was easily sorted and the owner was lovely about it.

Had a slight problem with the toilet flush in one of the rooms, for a short time it wouldnt flush anymore but it fixed itself and didn’t impact the stay

Superb Caravan!

Went for family wedding + the caravan was superb. Everything there that you might need + a complete home from home experience with great communication from the owners. Will definitely book again. Thank you so much.

Loathed to say anything negative just very noisy veranda flooring, tiptoed to keep noise in evening to minimum + towel rail in small bathroom had come away from wall on arrival but one phone call to owner + he said he'd sort it. Wanted to give 10/10 except for this one minor niggle.

The caravan was extremely clean and tidy. Perfect location and the shower was really good. Added bonus was the games. Swimming pool was brilliant

Nothing much tbh pool swimming times can be very short but that's nothing to do with the caravan.

Very clean and very modern. Nicest caravan I've staying in for a long time. Hosts were great at replying.

There's no knives.. For bread and whatnot.

Good value for money, excellent location, kids loved it

Very close to all the amenities lovely little cul-de-sac, could walk to everything with 3 young children.Really clean and looked after would use again 😀

Dirty with fag ends on deck and dust inside, no bedding even though paid for and door lock was broken an aggressive owner with no apology was what we got! I actually was made to feel like I was a nuisance and was told these things happen with no sympathy or empathy at all!! the original option was to check out or leave a van unlocked!! Owner called back and we’re given another van so a two night stay meant a right phaff or no safety. Moved to other van which was clean but nowhere near the standard of the other one. Still no apology offered for the right mess of this two night stay!!

The van was beautiful, well presented and spacious. Everything we had hoped. There were more than ample supplies of everything we needed, cups/glasswear/plates etc. The place was spotless and felt very welcoming. Travel cot supplied at no extra cost. Which was a lovely touch as travelling with one was not an option for us. Communication was great from the off. Couldn't recommend highly enough for a hassle free enjoyable stay. Will be back again as soon as we can! Thanks for having us.

Only gripe was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but we solved that by putting a spare duvet down on top of the mattress when we slept.

The caravan was lovely and clean, great location on the site. Very relaxing and lovely people next door too, the cleaner was also a lovely lady met her briefly when we was leaving

Very modern in a good location close to all attractions.

The cleaner that prepared the property fell short of what would be considered an acceptable standard with no apology from the owner that I can recall just “the van gets 10/10 usually”
