OK as a base for daily outings but I would prefer a caravan

Absolutely horrendous stay

This was not what i was expecting, the photos on the website showed caravans. When I arrived at the destination, I had been booked into an apartment and not a caravan. The apartment was filthy, and infested with bugs. It was evident that it had not been cleaned as there was rubbish left and clothes from previous booking. I had booked to stay here for the week, however left after 2 days having attempted to clean the property myself. I sustained bite marks from sleeping on the bed. There was no working shower. When I contacted the manager I was told he would clean the apartment but he never did. I felt discriminated against and I have been cheated and lied to.

The bungalow itself is quiet old but it’s ok, however it was absolutely filthy spent the first day going and buying cleaning products to clean the place, dog hair absolutely everywhere including the sofa, floors and bedrooms

It was not clean at all, went to the office to tell them, to be told they couldn’t give me a hoover as 1 had broke and they were waiting for a new one so only had 1 hoover for the whole of 2 caravan parks
