The house was beautiful as advertised in the pictures. Check in and check out process very easy. Was there with my kids and grandkids we had a great time.

We thought the house was just as described, clean and overall very nice. The layout worked well for us and the home was well stocked with towels, pillows, kitchen supplies, etc. A few things we really enjoyed were the pool, the arcade, having all bedrooms be ensuite, the easy to use appliances, the easy check out process, and having a laundry room on both floors. Also, when the blender wasn’t working, the host delivered a new one within an hour — impressive!A few nit-picky things are that one of the two dishwashers didn’t work too well, so we just used it for drying. The downstairs washer and dryer were quite loud (mostly mitigated by just closing the doors). The kitchen could use a baking sheet and some mixing bowls. The wifi was a little unreliable at times. None of these things were a big deal.Overall, we loved the house and had a wonderful trip.

Property is very nice. The however part of this involves the property management company used. Very poor communication. A lot of the property amenities are broken, ie, firepit, gas fireplaces and so on. Pool is filthy and full of leaves. Hot tub doesn't work. All of this is indicative of a 2nd rate property manager. Given the choice I would stay away from properties manged by the same company.
