From the onset Christine was a brilliant host. Check in was a breeze and the apartment is just perfect. We didn’t have to contact her once because everything went great.
The location couldn’t have been any better. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the great los cristianos restaurants and bars(Loro blanco cocktail bar is incredible)
It’s also far enough to be quiet at night for the kids to sleep.
As someone who’s from a country that has constant bad weather, the balcony was by far the best bit. Just chilling at night watching the sun go down over la gomera, then watching the stars come out was beautiful.
The pool was great too but we opted for the beach most of the time.
We rented a car and it was great peace of mind that the apartment complex has gated private parking. Christine will give you a remote to open the gate anytime you’re out and about.
Christine also kindly let us have a late checkout on our final day so that gave us one last time at the beach before heading home.
We’ve been to Tenerife 4 times and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We’ll 100 percent be back to Christine’s apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, supermarkets, bus station restaurants and beach.
Communication with Rodolf was very good. He met us, showed us around the apartment and said he was close by so we could call him if we needed anything. We did and he responded immediately. Thank You Rodolf.
The balcony is in full sun from mid morning until sunset with views over Los Cristianos and the harbour.
The only thing that could be improved for us is the TV channels, we only found 2 in English, Sky News and one called Ten that was sometimes in English.
All in all a wonderful stay.

Everything about this place is perfect. From the owner meeting us for check-in and showing us where everything was, to the cleanliness, to the location, to the views. The owner, Christine, added a couple of lovely touches, like leaving a bottle of Cava for Christmas. Would definitely return.

Super appartement, très propre avec vue sur la plage et son port. bien situé, commerce, restauration à quelques pas, place de parking surveillé. Deux ascenseur dans l'immeuble.
Superbe piscine propre avec accès sécurisé et toilettes nickel.
Les seules choses que j'ai à dire s'est que s'est un peu bruyant le soir pour les couches tôt.
Ce sont des détails insignifiant vu la qualité de cette location et la gentillesse des loueurs.

L'appertamento e' al decimo piano di un palazzo, puo' ospitare 4 persone, e' pulito, luminoso e confortevole e ha una terrazza dalla quale si gode di una buona veduta. La posizione'e strategica a Los Cristianos: se si e' in auto, e' molto facile da riggiungere, ha parcheggio interno privato, nei dintorni ci sono supermarket e negozi, e' vicino alla spiaggia e al centro del paese. I proprietari possono essere contattati molto facilmente. Consigliato

Aucune mauvaise surprise, rien à redire. Appartement conforme à la description. Personnel adorable et prompte. Magnifique vue sur la mer, bien protégé du vent.

New Years Eve holiday stay.
We have just returned home from a great 11 night stay in apartment 148. The apartment exceeded our hopes and we cannot speak highly enough of it's furnishings and cleanliness.
Christine was a great host and we very much valued the effort she made to make our stay one to remember.
The apartment complex Achacay was well located close to the beach front and the old town of Los Cristianos. The only thing we would have liked would have been to have sunbeds etc to use around trhe pool area to allow us to use it more easily.
Thank you and look forward to visiting our apartment again.

Wunderbares, gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Meerblick
Meine Freundin und ich haben die 1 Woche sehr genossen.
Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Christine, problemlose Übergabe und einfaches Auschecken.
Der Parkplatz in der Residenz war auch hilfreich.
Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem, was man als Urlauber so braucht, ausgestattet, inklusive gutem WLAN.
Einziger Minuspunkt, dass es im großen TV nur spanische Sender gibt, aber wir hatten diesbezüglich auch keinen Bedarf.
Durch die Nähe zum Fährhafen bekommt man etwas von dem Lärm mit, wenn man wie wir gerne die Balkon-Flügeltüre und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer offen hat (daher der eine Punkt Abzug, aber konnten gut schlafen).
Der Vorteil ist der phänomenale Ausblick auf das Meer und rechts rüber auf den ersten kleinen Berg. Durch die Lage im 10. Stock saßen wir abends auch gerne auf dem Balkon und erfreuten uns beim Blick in die Berge, wenn man aus der Haustür geht.
In 3 Minuten ist man am Strand und kann von dort oder an der Promenade sehr schnell Restaurants und einen Supermarkt erreichen.
Fazit: Klare Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Joli appartement super bien situé !
Nous avons séjourné avec mes 2 ados dans cet appartement joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Proche de toutes les commodités : supermarché , restaurants , plages, bus. Pas besoin de voiture pour profiter de Los Cristianos. Piscine très agréable. A recommander !

The apartment was lovely exactly as stated in the add spotless and very comfortable with everything you’d need .THE area was very central with a huge variety of restaurants nearby.Fantastic view from the balcony .Construction work was being carried out in the reception area which I’m sure will enhance it .Overall very good

Clean, well equppied, modern apartment.
The flat is lovely. Modern and airy. Very comfortable and has everything you could need. Is very close to beach , supermarkets and restaurants. The pools are maintained daily and never really crowded, even when busy.

Nice location and apartment
Pleasant stay, apartment was nicely decorated and the location was perfect with excellent views. Close enough to the supermarkets and restaurants but far enough away from the noisiest area. Good to have car park for the building, although it becomes quite full a few times. Kitchen was fully equipped, the knives could do with some sharpening though. Minor issue: It would have been nice if the owner had provided some washing powder/liquid for the washing machine. Overall it was a very good stay for our family of four.

Had a lovely two weeks in this wonderful apartment. Very comfortable inside with an amazing view outside. You could never tire of spending time on the balcony watching the world go by. The central location is ideal for enjoying Los Cristianos.

Location is everything!
This apartment is an incredible location, with everything you need for a homebase; and it has the added (and unexpected) benefit of a parking space in the building's secured lot for our rental car. We loved our time here, especially while there were only 2 of us in residence...when we added 2 more for 3 nights, it was crowded in the sense that the living room is not so ideally set up with space or comfortable seating. (But we were not home much! ) Be forewarned that basic supplies are not included with the rental rate: no extra toilet paper (one roll provided for a 10 day stay), no paper towels or trashbags, handsoap containers were nearing empty, and there was no dish soap at all. When asked, I was provided with a bottle of dish soap, but the rest was on us. This was a surprise to me, a VRBO owner myself who offers a fully stocked set of supplies...but not a reason in and of itself to bypass this unit. The owner was friendly and responsive, and we enjoyed our holiday in Los Cristianos and highly recommend!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay
Apartment exactly as advertised. Great location. Pools clean and quiet. Lack of sun beds round pool but we just lay on our towels as others did. We enjoyed food in Star of Bengal and Pimms Bar. Also enjoyed a wee drink in Dreamers Bar with entertainment in the evenings, just a few minutes walk from apartment. Plenty bars and restaurants all close by. We had a great stay. Thank you to Christine who welcomed us and for late check out.

We had a great week at this apartment (Feb 2017). Christine was lovely, very helpful and organised.
The apartment is lovely and modern and was spotlessly clean when we arrived.
The location is much better than we have had before in Los Cristianos, less than 5 minutes to walk to the front.
As you can see from the picture, the view is amazing, I became a ferry spotter, watching the big ships coming in and out of the port.

Great apartment
Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very clean, modern and well equipped. The views from the balcony were great and it was only a very short walk to the centre or harbour. It took us about 25 mins to walk to playa however this was walking slowly in sweltering heat! Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The complex itself a little dated but well maintained and the swimming pools were fabulous...new and cleaned daily. We often had them to ourselves especially in the mornings! Christine, the owner was brilliant and lent us a parasol for the duration of the holiday. She gave us lots of advice re local amenities. There was also a table tennis table on the complex which would have been handy to have known about so we could have brought bats but we managed to buy some locally. The only negative points were that the apartment didn't have air conditioning and although it had ceiling fans in the bedrooms it was very hot on a night. We did speak to Christine about this and had we have told her earlier she would have brought some floor fans for us which would have made this better. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I would have no hesitation about returning here. Thank you again! Emma & Dean

Modern apartment with great location and view
Great apartment, very modern and clean and all we could wish for. We arrived late due to a flight delay but Christine the owner had left water, beer, juice, biscuits etc for us as knew we would get there in the early hours. We met her the next day and she gave us a few tips of the local area. I would highly recommend this apartment, worth the money, great view and location. Thanks Christine. Andy, Trish and family.

Great value for money
Just returned from a week at this lovely apartment as a family of four with two teenage children. In short, this is a 3 Star apartment block with the apartment itself having been renovated to 5 star standard. It is just like it looks on the photos, modern, clean and great value for the price. Small details like the quality of the firings and doors make a big difference. Location is excellent with about a 200 metre stroll to the beach and central to pretty much any part of the resort. Christine was very easy to deal with, we dealt by e-mail and she is very organised and responds very quickly. I would highly recommend it mainly for location, views, quality of fixtures and fittings. Things to be aware of that might not suit everyone, pool area has very strict rules about no ball games etc and only a few sun beds, so you need to tale deck chairs down or find towel or inflatable bed to lie on. That said, there are two large pools and they look to have been recently renovated so are clean and perfect for someone looking to do some proper swimming or relaxing. Complex Is largely residential so pool very quiet and not much happening in communal areas (this suited us but if you are looking for busy holiday village atmosphere it is probably not for you!) Don't be put off by the fact it is on tenth floor, lifts are readily available and the view more than makes it worthwhile. Would definitely re on end for a relaxing stay within reach of everything in the resort.

First class apartment in a great location.
My wife normally reside in either Dublin or the Costa Del Sol. We decided to try Tenerife for a one week winter break. We enjoyed our stay in Christines apartment.The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and in a great location. Our host, Christine gave very good advice on places to visit to make best use of our one week vacation.We would certainly visit Tenerife again and would recommend this apartment to any of our friends. Sorry to be going home!
The apartment was spotless and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. Being on the tenth floor it also provided panoramic views over the harbour and we made great use of the balcony. The location was excellent as well as safe. Looking forward to returning in the spring and staying a bit longer. Thank you Christine for keeping me right with the Internet booking and to Jean-Pierre for taking us back to the airport.

Very convenient position. Nice walk to good restaurants overlooking Las Vistas beach, Watermelon, Habibi etc. or restaurants on Ave Londres, Locanda Italian or around the corner, my favourite Overseas Oriental.
