Situated in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming house for $220 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. LOW TIDE is the two bedroom one bath downstairs unit of a two story beach duplex with a private porch and entrance, rear private covered deck, and a private fenced yard. Further outdoor amenities include a grill and sunshade covered conversation area. Indoors a large screen smart tv, free high speed wifi, and a charging station keep you entertained and connected. There is ample space at the dining table for those working from their vacation site. The kitchen and bath are updated with granite, stainless appliances, and a walk in shower. For sleeping comfort there is one king and one queen bedroom with luxury linens. The king bedroom has its own sink and vanity. The outdoor hot and cold shower with foot wash serves the duplex property and Low Tide has its own beach chairs, toys, a beach cart and umbrella’s so your time in the sand and sun will be happy indeed. Walk to the pier 2 blocks away and enjoy the Wednesday market or walk to one of as many as 15 beach restaurants and many beach shops. LOW TIDE is truly in the heart of the beach. LOW TIDE, the lower rental of a duplex with HIGH TIDE, is just steps from the beach and ocean. It is on the coveted east side of A1A Beach Blvd. LOW TIDE can also be rented with HIGH TIDE creating a family vacation space for 10. Owners Rich and Lynda Weaver are loving Florida retirement after his 28-year military career. They are animal rescue pet lovers and with their two cats Max and Magirk they live nearby in St Augustine. They are innkeepers at heart and have tried to think of everything to make your stay perfect. Two Tides LLC is committed to protecting guests and our staff with a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting program. This includes a cleaning regimen and disinfecting protocol. Perfect for a weekend getaway with wife and my two fur babies. Unit was cozy and had everything that I needed - from modern appliances to fenced in yard that was perfect for my small dogs. A lot of attention was paid to being utilitarian, clean, and stylish.

Great spot! Friendly and welcoming rental, just a few steps from the beach, and plenty of good eating around! Its a very short ride away from historic st augustine. Very happy with this location would make a great rental with multiple guests as well especially if you can rent high tide and low tide together!

My wife and I decided on a last minute trip to St. Augustine and my search came across this property. Our criteria was close to the beach and close to the downtown historic district. This checked both boxes. Upon arriving we were greeted by the Morgan, the property manager who was kind and helpful. He gave us some information on the area including recommended places to eat. The home is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. My wife and I loved it. The best part? Step outside the home, turn left and walk three houses down to the beach access. Fantastic! After a day at the beach. go home shower and go out to eat at any one of the several restaurants within walking distance. Our car stayed parked except for the ride down to the historic district which was 10 minutes away. Overall a great stay hosted by great owners. Highly recommended. Thanks!!!

The unit was clean and didnt have any pet odors which is FANTASTIC for a pet friendly unit! It was exactly as pictured, walking distance to wonderful restaurants and right next to beach access. Morgan was a wonderful property manager who meets you there to give you the keys to the unit. He was very attentive to our arrival time. Great place!

We needed time away with our dogs. Perfect fenced in back yard. Morgan is a great host, location clean and as described. Has everything you need, just pack your bags and come on down. You can be downtown in less than 20 minutes or step outside your door to the beach or any of the beach locales. Location is convenient to restaurants, which makes it a bit noisy. Sunset Grille parking is adjacent. Beach access is tricky since recent storm wiped out sea wall. Beach here is crowded due to being close to public parking and pier.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is warm and cozy, we truly felt at home upon arrival . The owners have thought of everything…details that make a stay comfortable and convenient. When we arrived, we didn’t feel like we had to run out to the store, but instead relax and go walk the beach.The lovely bottle of wine and treats were above and beyond 💕. The property manager Morgan was wonderful, meeting us there was very welcoming. Thank you again for such a wonderful week.

Property is just as described in the pictures. The owners have taken care of all the details. Everything you may need is at your disposal in the house. Neighborhood is peaceful and you are next to the beach and only a few minutes from St Augustine downtown. The fenced back yard is also equipped we a nice seating area and a barbecue and lots of little details. The owners had a goodie bag for us and a bottle of wine and the lights were on for our night arrival. Very clean. Lovely place. Next to great restaurants and eateries.

We stayed on the first floor of the 2-story property. There =was enough storage space in the bedrooms but the kitchen was a bit cramped . In fairness, we do not eat out that much so we provide some of our own cooking supplies. The access to the fenced backyard was handy as we could just open the kitachen door for the 2 dogs to go out.

We had never been to St. Augustine but preferred a property away from the confusion of a city. We found it in Low Tide, located on St. Augustine Beach, but only a few minutes from downtown. A beautifully-appointed, two-bedroom unit that was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a short drive to state parks and downtown sights. We take our two pups everywhere and they were welcome here, which means a lot to us. The property manager, Morgan, was always available for questions and suggestions. He is awesome. Highly recommend this property; it would be a lot of fun to rent both Low Tide and High Tide someday for a larger family gathering. Thank you for a great week's stay. Nancy and Robin, Ohio

This is an awesome beach house steps away from the beach. The latest hurricane messed up the normal way to access the beach from this house but we were able to get to the beach one street down, so no problem. This is our third year to stay at this property. Very dog friendly and across the street from several great restaurants. We plan to return next year.
