HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: The property description has been updated post Ian and all restaurants, shops and descriptions are up to date. Please note: we are waiting for a part for our building elevator. We were originally told by the start of 2024 but it looks like it could be delayed so there is a chance the elevator will not be working at the time of your stay. We are located on the first floor but the building is elevated so you would have about 15 stair steps to the front door. Please also note that although our condo is in meticulous condition, the beach is as gorgeous as ever, our pool is open and much of the area has opened back up our area is also still very much recovering. There could still be some construction in the area and the vegetation is still healing. We are very much enjoying the area and our guests have been very happy (see reviews) but we want to be very transparent as to the recovery of the area so you know what to expect. We are local owners living just off the Island and go to inspect the condo constantly. We take pride in keeping it meticulously clean and have a fabulous management company, American Realty, located within walking distance to help provide this 5 Star Service. We feel confident you will be provided with the utmost service. When you rent a place it should look and feel more fabulous in person and your experience should be seamless and serene.
