This 1240 square foot Two Bedroom Condo fully upgraded awaits you at the Gated Southwind with a balcony that overlooks the exquisite white sands and exceptional ocean view of the most sought after Non Drive-on section of New Smyrna Beach.

The two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom a Queen with twin bunk beds.
The Southwind Paradise includes beach front private pool, sundeck area with lounge chairs, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts. It has private outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor grill area.
Condo is updated and immaculate, fully furnished including TV, DVD, Wireless Internet and Washer & Dryer. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas are there awaiting your enjoyment. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great beach vacation.
The city offers numerous outdoor recreational activities for all ages, including scuba diving, swimming, golfing, sailing, and fishing. Thee are also a variety of cultural activities, such as theater, concerts, festivals, and museums. The historic downtown area, near Canal Street and Flagler Avenue, is a popular place to find unique shops, excellent restaurants, and a vibrant nightlife.
There is a large recreation lounge on the top floor where you can just sit and watch TV, play cards, play pool or even ping pong. Or look out at the amazing sunset.

An excellent condo and we would gladly stay again in the future. This condo was perfect for our vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental. The condo was spotless, had a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishware, cookware, spices, garbage bags, and other key essentials. The beach views from the patio were wonderful. The beach was quiet and peaceful as we'd hoped and was not filled with normal spring break party crowds. The unit had beach chairs and toys and even a fishing rod which was great and unexpected although we'd brought our own to use. The pickleball, basketball, tennis courts, pool, and shuffleboard areas in the complex were immaculate and very enjoyable although all closed at dark. The entire complex felt very safe and had a friendly vibe. The only issue we encountered on our visit was that the advertised penthouse lounge with pool table, ping pong and great views was closed to the entire week we were onsite due to spring break. We were not made aware of this until we arrived on site. Unfortunately we had 4 of 7 unusually bad weather days (40-55 degrees & 30 MPH winds) which kept us off the beach and indoors and the lounge would have been nice on those days. Overall this was a fantastic condo and I very highly recommend it.

The condo was the best we stayed in on the west coast and the east. We liked the whole complex well cared for and clean. The only cons we have was the lack of easy chairs to sit in. Also the lack on safety rails in the showers. We plan to come back next summer the same time after school starts, that is if we are still able to drive. Pattie is 92 and I am 90, we walk up stairs and avoid the lift.

Owner of the condo very helpful and responsive. Condo was beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider renting again :-)
