Located in Cape Coral, this lovely house for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Note: As many of you know, our area experienced a major hurricane on September 28. Our area was very lucky and received very little damage. The minor repairs that were needed have been fixed. The home, garage, and yard are fine. The pool cage has been replaced. Lounge in the sun and read one of the many books provided while the kids play in the pool. Fix steaks and hamburgers on the grill while mom passes the potato salad through the convenient pass through window. Enjoy a football game or movie while floating in the pool. Watch your favorite show on the nice 42'' TV in the living room or in one of the bedrooms each supplied with its own TV. Play with the kids in the nearby water park. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our freshwater canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key. Shopping at one of the many malls from upscale Coconut Point to the handy Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar. Gift shopping at The Shell Factory

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook anything that comes to mind. The home waa nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The caged pool was nice and we enjoyed the outdoor tv. We had a very nice vacation.

Carol was a great host. Timely responses to all my questions. The house has a wonderful layout. It was nice to have a TV in the lanai and pool area. The pool was nice and warm. Had no problems. Will definitely check this property first for my next visit.

Carol was great the property was great clean spacious convenient very close to everything pool was terrific only down side for me is I like to watch TV at night get caught up on my sports but the TV in the master bedroom is tiny Please upgrade to at least a 36 inch TV. Other then that awesome house would Definitely recommend 10 stars!

Overall 5 star. House layout is perfect, you have everything you need at the first night at kitchen. Pool needs auto clean robot. It will cost a couple thousand dollars to buy. But it is a requirement. During my vocation tent maintenance came and made a lot dirt at pool area. A lot of dead bugs body. Location, Cape Coral is a good place. Last year tornado hit very hard, beaches are closed. I needed to drive to Naples or Clear Water, more than 1,5 hour drives one way. Close beaches are closed or need recovery still. 5 star for layout, comfortable beds and the hospitality.

We rented this lovely home for two weeks. The home was perfect in every way. I loved the layout of the home with the bedrooms separated by the living room, dining and kitchen. The master bedroom was very spacious and access to the outdoor pool. We have rented several homes and this was by far the best stocked kitchen, pool and beach essentials, etc. Carol was very easy to communicate with and always answered in a timely manner. Carol had great instructions for the home to make your stay easy as possible. The home is in a quiet subdivision so this is not for party people. We drove to Sanibel Island several times for beach time. The island is still recovering from last years hurricane but have several public beach areas open. Cape Coral has a great selection of restaurants to satisfy your cravings! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation home this is it!

I started out planning this for me and my two dogs. But I had signed up for a bus trip and ended up with a couple of friends coming with me. We had so much fun checking out the area, going to a comedy show one night, going Thrifting, yard sales and planning stops for our trip home. Had a very comfortable stay here!

Home was nice. Beautiful area. Close to popular beaches! However because of tropical IAN, we had to cut our vacation short 5 days. Unfortunately the storm was so severe. No running water, electricity. The pool lanai sustained severe wind damage and was totally ruined. We’ve never experienced a hurricane first hand, but this is something we’ll never forgot!! I would say be careful traveling to SWFL during hurricane season. I. Wish the home had a back up generator! Property host Carol was very knowledgeable nd!

Great house with plenty of room. Pool and pool area were great. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Several games available but somewhat outdated. Wish showers had hand rails to help with balance for older people. Was a great experience!

Our son was getting married in Florida, so we needed a place to “live” this home was very accommodating and having its own private pool was very nice. It was farther than we expected from the venue, but we didn’t mind the drive. We would definitely stay here again. Met all our expectations.

Communication with owner was very good. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to Fort Meyers, Sanibel, Captiva, etc. Screened porch and pool were perfect after long days at the beach. The home and fenced yard are well kept and cared for. Thanks for having us!

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Had a few small issues (master toilet wouldn't flush most of the time, Ice maker on fridge didn't dispense ice, ect) but overall was a nice house. It is a pretty decent drive to the nearest beach though (about 35 mins to Estero Island) but worth it for the price.

Beautiful house. The pictures online do not do justice. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen.A little tip, Be careful with the coffee maker as it needs a little wiggling to get the drip to line up with the pot properly. Pool toys in a little room near the pool. Even with the house being close to the beach my kids did not want to get out of the pool. Everything was clean and homey. The stay at this home is just what we needed. Everything was wonderful! Thank you

This property was a great find. Everything was as advertised, directions were clear, and the place was super clean. There is a visible road to the backside of the house which made us nervous about the towns 10pm curfew, but we were able to enjoy ourselves...no one bothered us. Fort Myers is about 20 minutes away. If you get a chance, visit the historical Dunbar Community!

We had a great vacation. It was close to everything we needed, including some really good ice cream!!! Very homey-neighborhood feel. The layout of the house was great if you have kids especially because you can get directly to the bathroom from the pool without going through the house. Having a TV outside was also fun.
