This place met all of our needs, and we especially appreciated Fernando’s hospitality. Beach and grocery store are 10-15 minute walk; otherwise it’s inexpensive to use Bolt or Uber. Great home base for our stay in Cascais!

A beautiful apartment, spacious, airy, cool and well equipped. In a quiet part of town close to local shops and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cascais. A super base for exploring this lovely area. Fernando and Maria José are welcoming, discreet hosts. We had a wonderful holiday.

We have just returned from two weeks holiday in this excellent apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and depicted in the photographs. It was very comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished. Fernando was very welcoming upon our arrival and was available for any query that we may have had during our stay. He also kindly arranged our transfer from the airport. Cascais is a lovely place to visit and very conveniently situated for day trips to both Lisbon and Sintra. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.

Great, modern property that is easy walking distance to everything you might want to see in cascais. Quick walk to grocery store, historical center of town, beaches and train station. Facilities in the apartment are excellent with comfortable beds and great showers. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great time with family here! The house is spacious, clean, has all amenities and is close to everything. The owners are extremely welcoming and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

We chose Cascais as we felt there would be enough of interest in the town, but also with easy access to Lisbon. The town is very picturesque with plenty of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. The apartment is extremely comfortable with everything you need. Room enough for 6 or even 8 at a push. We were welcomed by Fernando and Maria who were very helpful. The only criticism is that the property is nothing like 300 metres from the sea. It is more like 800 metres from the town and a further 200 or 300 from any of the beaches. That said, we will more than likely return.

We stayed at this wonderful property for 10 days in mid-May. It is exactly as described and pictured, and is ideal for a family with small children (we have a 4 year old and an 11 month old). The owners met us on arrival to welcome us and show us the villa. They were very helpful including supplying a crib and bathtub for the baby and arranging transfer from the airport. The villa is a short (but hilly) walk from Cascais centre and its beautiful oceanfront and beaches. We had a great stay in this lovely city and were extremely happy with our accommodations!

Tolle Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Das Apartment war sauber, ordentlich und sicher und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, darunter ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und viel Geschirr und Gläser. Die großen Schlafzimmer, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter wohnen in einer Wohnung darüber und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Spaziergang zu den Stränden dauert etwa 20 Minuten (sie waren sehr schön). Supermärkte(Lidl / Jumbo) und eine großartige Markthalle sind in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war ausgezeichnet (z.B. Organisation Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung)

Wonderful holiday at this lovely property. Recently redecorated to a high standard. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ten minutes from the town centre for many bars, restaurants and train and bus station. Easy and low cost travel to Lisbon and Sintra, both well worth a visit. Owners, Fernando and Marie are both very welcoming and look after you extremely well.

We stayed here for a very enjoyable week as a group of 6 (including 4 young adults) in July 2018. The accommodation had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was certainly one of the best holiday properties we have hired - with a great kitchen (all possible appliances provided) and great bathrooms (one for each of the three bedrooms) and very nice rooms. The kids were fascinated by the total blackout electric blinds which guaranteed a good sleep through early morning sunlight. There are also very good outside patio areas - including a secluded sun deck level with loungers. We didn’t have a hire car so very happy to stay so close to the train station - enjoying several trips into Lisbon on the scenic coastal line. We were also well-placed to indulge our love of walking - it is possible to walk for miles along the well-kept paths on the edge of the shoreline in both directions away from Cascais. It was a short walk to supermarkets so again easy to manage without a car. In the evenings we walked the short distance down the hill to make a choice between the numerous & varied eating places. In terms of disadvantages you may struggle to make the walk between property- beach-town if you have limited mobility or a pushchair (although a car park space is available). The property is in a cul-de-sac but you can hear a lot of traffic noise from the adjacent main road (I got used to this after the first day). The owners were very welcoming & friendly and so we lacked for nothing during our stay. I’m happy to recommend this property to others.

We are two couples who have traveled together for many years and always stayed at apartment/house rentals. This property was one of the best as it was exactly as pictured. The property was well equipped with towels, soap, kitchen supplies and even towels to use at the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained we enjoyed sitting outside and our on,y regret is that we did not have sunshine to use the sun loungers. The owners were very responsive to all emails and even picked us up at the train station as well as giving us a welcome bottle of wine. The owners also arranged for excellent transport to the airport. We would recommend this property to friends or relatives. We enjoyed a day trip to Sintra while there and bicycling along the coast.

A spacious and well located apartment in a quiet area, close to "downtown" Cascais but with its own neighbourhood even closer, with a good selection of local café/bars and a few restaurants (try O Mastro) for a more Portuguese feel. The listing description is accurate and, if anything, undersells the appeal of the property. It was very clean and well equipped and felt like home. The owners , Fernando and Maria jose, were very friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry to saying goodbye at the end of a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The transfer they organized was also excellent. We would happily recommend this property and would love to return ourselves.

The property was ideal for family group including two teenagers, as it allowed younger members of the group some independence, with easy access to town and beach facilities, as well as excellent public transport connections, with bus and train stations a short walk away. We enjoyed meeting Fernando and Maria, who were very helpful hosts.

We have just retuned from a very enjoyable weeks stay here. The apartment is situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cascais. It is very well maintained, has plenty of room, nice outside areas and a well equipped kitchen. We spent two lovely weeks in this very clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is spacious with lots of outside areas for catching the sun at different times of the day. The owners Maria and Ferdinand were lovely people and made us very welcome. Booking the apartment was very easy and everything was as described on the listing. The apartment is very centrally located to all amenities. Bus, train, shops, restaurants and beach were all a short walk away. We also took advantage of the transfer service which was very reliable. We will definitely return to Cascais and this lovely apartment.

We loved this apartment in Cascais. There were six of us and it accomodated all of us very comfortably. We only cooked once but found the kitchen to be very well equipped. Enjoyed having the wifi available. The outdoor areas were nice for relaxing. The owners were extremely nice. Cascais is a beautiful city...we loved our six nights there. Thank you!

Great accommodation to stay at to see Caiscais.Situated in a residential area the apartment was clean, tidy and secure with all amenities including ample outdoor seating areas which get the morning sun. Good size bedrooms and kitchen and living room made our stay very enjoyable. The owner Maria lives in an apartment above and was very nice and helpful. Walking to beaches takes about 20 mins( they were very nice). It was easy although the pavements are slippery and care needed as they are a bit uneven(that's seems to be the same everywhere, even in Lisbon). Buses run up and down the main road frequently and a few bars, supermarket( Lidl) and a great butchers is a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay here.
