Cozy & comfortable. Friendly staff . We got to experience snow -was like a winter wonderland. Delicious malva pudding and carrot cake. Engagement with host and staff was fantastic

The beautiful historical buildings, decor, activities for kids (and adults) and outstanding food.
The sleeper couch for the kids was not that comfy otherwise everything else was wonderful.
