The location is very good.
The price in the online booking is different from the owner rate, in the online it says that it's already air-condition but when you get there you need to upgrade your room and make extra payment to available the real air-conditioning room.

Tv in the room, air-conditioning, nice staff 😁 warm water in shower
The bed was hard to sleep on, leaking bathroom faucet, not so strong water in shower
