Situated in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $276 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beach Blessings @ Jubilee Landing is a captivating 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal condo at Jubilee Landing! Having been recently updated and upgraded with stainless appliance package, new white shaker cabinets, beautiful Quartz countertops, beautiful upgraded guest bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware, a standard coffee maker and pretty much anything you’ll need to make yourself at home while on vacation. The living area is open with new living room furnishings with comfortable accent chairs and a sleeper sofa, cable and complimentary WIFI, with access to the waterfront balcony to enjoy the mornings and afternoons to enjoy dining or just relaxing feeling the coastal breezes. The master suite offers a king, private bath and access the balcony with pool view, Ole River. The guest bedroom offers two-twin beds and TV Living room and both bedrooms have TV’s and also in-unit washer and dryer Occupancy is 6 people. Be sure to take advantage of the Ole River balcony with epic sunsets and sunrises, truly magical. You will also see dolphins playing or just relax and watch the boats roll by. Jubilee Landing also offers guest a large swimming pool with loungers, and a BBQ area just off the pool area with picnic tables and also offers guest a covered picnic area surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock, you will have access to a fish cleaning station. Head up to the gazebo and take in the epic views of Ole river. Nice place to grill and bunch of picnic tables to sit under shelter when raining or out of the sun. Pool needs a little repair on the outside but chairs in good shape around the pool. My condo 107 was really nice. Do need a pizza pan. 😆

We have a family of 6 that went with on vacation and we bought our seadoo the only thing that sucked was you can put the seadoo in the water at the condo you have to find a place to off load and that sucked and it’s not close to nothing within walking distance . You also have some of the people that work there walking around the property knocking on car windows saying that you don’t have a parking pass when it’s clearly on the dash but they didn’t look I guess threatening to have peoples car towed

Jubilee Landing if you want views of the beach, intracoastal, along with the pool. Great balcony lots of room to sit and enjoy the area. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Unit was clean and stocked with anything you would want or need for a great girls weekend get a away or a family vacation.

The location was great. The property had a face-lift, however, when you open the door a horrible musty smell hit you in the face. Taking a deeper look, the air vents were covered in mold and black spores. We had to close the vents and turn off the air. The filter for the HVAC unit wasnt even the proper size and only covered half of the intake. My son has an autoimmune disease and after reaching out to the staff and providing pictures, nothing was done to address the issue or compensate us. Very disappointing
and frustrating and not a pleasant experience for my family of 5.

Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing.
Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.

The unit is nicely updated other than the master bathroom which it just needed a good floor scrubbing. However ever surface from the kitchen counter to bathroom sinks tops & bedroom furniture had NOT been wiped or cleaned. Snuff spilled under sofa sleeper as well as on stuck on side of counter by trash can. The sofa sleeper stated it was new however it had a mattress pad cover that was soiled with fresh urine. I had to wash it myself before it could be used. Accidents happen of course & is no reflection on the unit itself. The cleaning service itself I'm not sure about. Also unit needs a broom & dust pan for easy sand cleanup. Like MOST if not all condo's in the whole area are under some level of construction.

This property was perfect! My family enjoyed the easiness of the location - away from the busy areas. Beach access right across the street and complete privacy. There was no crowd there when we took our kids. We could sit and enjoy while the kids played in our view. 100% would stay here again!

Condo exceeded expectations from the listing photos. We liked what we saw on the photos and the updates were very well done. Excellent location with walking access to the Gulf. Close to restaurants at Perdido Key and Gulf Shores, as well as Orange Beach. First time at coastal Alabama and we will be back.

Great location
Overall great property with decent amenities. Great having dock for my son to fish. Loved having access to beach just across the street. The balcony with views of bay and ocean was really nice. The location is close to great places to eat which is really nice. The condos are family friendly and quiet. My son enjoyed the pool.
Wish the kitchen had better cookware but we made it work.
Back patio door was a bit tricky getting open. The lock sticks.
Had to do a bit if cleaning in the kitchen because it wasn’t up to our standards. Rewashed dishes, cleaned microwave, and countertops.
A/C worked great which is important to us so big thumbs up for that! Liked having fans in every room.
Keyless entry (code) was very convenient.
We liked Orange Beach over the Gulf Shores area. It’s not quiet as crowded and less commercial.
We enjoyed our stay. Property management was friendly and helpful.

The unit was clean, a nice location to beach access and relaxing. The pool was great for time away from the ocean and never to crowded. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching our kids in the pool.
