The typical dome construction in the area of the Valle d´Itria, called Trullo, offers with the also typical Lamia with barrel vault a good and healthy sleeping climate in summer, without air conditioning. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen with dining and living area, 2 terraces, the country house is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 friends. In the olive grove you can relax, enjoy nature and for a change walk into town, for shopping or strolling (10 minutes), or take a bus to the sea (30 minutes). Interesting cultural cities such as Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto can also be easily reached by public transport. The special location of your domicile gives you the opportunity to enjoy a very varied holiday.

We really enjoyed this idyllic spot, just on the edge of town. Ceglie is known for amazing restaurants and didn’t disappoint and also close enough to beaches, and other towns of interest. Sleeping in the trullo was peaceful and the rest of the home was all we needed. Modern bathroom with shower, and kitchen. Washing machine was helpful. It is a quiet spot - if you are looking for action, noise and nightlife, this isn’t it. The wifi worked for us, slightly spotty, and we were able to watch movies on our phones. The host is great, very responsive to enquiries, and knowledgeable about the area.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay here. It is in a beautiful setting with an easy walk to town. Many details had been considered in the property, making us very comfortable. We loved our exchanges with the host and felt so welcomed here. It is a stay that touched our hearts and we will remember a long time.

This was a nice experience in a quiet area. The host is very sweet and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone interested in staying in a trullo. The little town is charming with good restaurants and very nice people. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the wifi connection to work for us. In town it worked.
