The property was lovely it was welcoming and had everything we needed . Bed was comfortable. Shower was the best very powerful, property was clean.
It’s in a great location/area for days out .

Kept in touch with me right up until the arrival day, and when we arrived the key was in the door ready for us to go in and access. Shortly after, we met Host, who was very welcoming and helpful. We used the washing machine, which was something we needed to have access to for medical reasons.
I cannot say we had an issue with anything during our stay. It is near a very busy road with narrow pavements , so you do need to be careful when walking along the main road. But even that did not really detract from the stay, to the point of we are considering coming back next year!

The fact that you confirmed that with Genius, breakfast was included. 4 Smith Street has always been self catering, forcing us to buy in our own breakfast food.
