Breakfast was adequate though sausages were burnt.
Everything was great other than ordering food in the evening.
Had a table booked for 7:30 & tried to order my food at 7:10, I was told I couldn't until 7:30. When I walked out the server came out & told me I could order after all. God knows how they handle walk-ins - maybe they don't!

The staff made me welcome. The dinner was delicious and good value for money. Very comfortable room close to where I was working next day. Great breakfast.

All the staff were very professional and helpful. A special shout out to your breakfast chef lovely breakfast eggs cooked perfectly every day and in whatever form we wanted. Food overall good quality nice menu clean and tidy including our room
As travelling with an elderly relative saying accessible shower was important and having the walk in was good however to assist especially with less able the room could do with a grab rail of some sort on the wall as there is nothing to stabilise someone using the shower.
Also maybe enclose an anti slip mat within the shower facility
Toilet paper could have been a better quality as let down the other good facilities and feel of the room
