Loved the remote location, the overall quietness was just what was needed. The food was excellent, equalled by the service. The room was a good size, a little dated but this did not take anything away from the overall stay.

Peaceful rural location.with ample parking.
Comfortable beds.
Excellent food from a varied menu plus daily specials.
Overall great value for money with sensible prices for meals and drinks
Maybe bathroom shower could be upgraded to increase water pressure..

Room and breakfast was ok
The pub / restaurant was not open until the evening so we walked to The Dun Cow which was very busy. Shower was lukewarm warm at best.
