It was our last minute choice for the night too cold for camping. 3 am check-in was not a problem, I called in advance and confirmed with a nice gentleman from the staff. Convenient parking was included. Room was nice and clean, with spacious, comfy bed. We didn't have an issue with shared bathroom queue, yay nighttime. Overall we had a good rest and that is what matters, so money to service ratio was great.
It's easy to see that this place is past its days of glory. Everything is functional still, but clearly worn out - our room door had a broken handle and needed a brute force to swing them open. Water pressure is meh, shower drainage is poor, bits and pieces of various items are missing. This is all well justified with the sweet price and the fact that the place still serves its function, it's just not for the more demanding folks out there.

Location was nice and room was as expected
Neighbors were screaming and yelling and could hear the man hitting his children.
Also, Why does housekeeping need to knock on the door at 8am? Can’t they wait until checkout at 11??
