This beautiful top floor two bedroom condo sleeps six people comfortably. Full size master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV. Master bath has two showers and one tub. Second bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV. Guest bathroom is a full bath/shower. Open living space includes a full kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, cookware, and basic supplies, large dining table, living room with gas fireplace/slate hearth, desk area, flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system, two comfy chairs, hope chest that serves both as a coffee table and linen storage, and a sofa with a pull out double bed. Heated slate tiles in both bathrooms and kitchen. Private balcony north facing with chairs. Decor is warm and inviting. True comfort! Two hot tubs, dry sauna, fitness area, pool tables, and misc activities all located on the first floor. Inside heated garage owner parking for one vehicle is provided. The condo is located in the North Face Building right in the heart of Squaw Valley home of the 1960 Winter Olympics. This unit is a true ski in/ski out location. The base of the mountain and several ski lifts are located steps away. The aerial tram is also located right outside for easy transport to High Camp, where additional lifts are located, as well as an ice rink in the winter and a huge resort pool in the summer, with hot tub, cafe', bars, etc. You will experience some of the most breathtaking views in both summer and winter. The Village is full of several restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studio, and a spa all located right outside walking distance from the condo. Starbucks Coffee is attached to our lobby. The VRBO was really nice and clean. The location cant be beat, you’re right next to everything. The only issue I had with the place was more on Palisades, they clearly don’t like VRBOs which makes things way more complicated than it needs to be like for check in and what not.

The unit has a kitchen well stocked with cookware and spices. We like to cook and it was very easy to do here. The wine glasses were good quality and encourage use. Brad was easy to communicate with and very prompt with a response. Your group will enjoy your stay at this unit in the Village.

Two nice sized bedrooms. Master bath is large with a separate shower and bath. We visited in the summer and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. The tv and sound system in the living room is fantastic. The unit had better than average cookware for a rental. It was nice to have access to seasonings and spices too. The underground parking and ski locker are really nice to have for the winter. Guests of the property have access to 4 different hot tub areas throughout the village. Each building has its own unique amenity. Pool table, media room, sauna, workout room, and kids room. Sleeps 4 adults very comfortably.

The condo was very close to all the activities. Just a short walk out the door to the lifts as well as all the shops. Garage parking was very convenient. The condo was well stocked and modern. Communications was excellent and check in and out was easy. I would stay here again if I ever go back to ski.

Condo is just as advertised, comfortable and spacious. Host is easy to communicate with. Location can’t be beat, having ski lockers is plus. Only thing that I believe is true for all the condos in the complex is you really can’t adjust the thermostat so it stays warm all day/night; I recommend opening windows if gets too warm.

We had the best time at this condo! Squaw valley was insanely pretty and relaxing. Also, the locations was removed enough from the lake to escape the crowds but not to far to not spend the day at Lake Tahoe! A great place and that I would definitely recommend!

If you come to stay at Olympic Village this condo is plug and go. Best location, zero issues, owner is detailed, organized and responsive. Brad made sure the process was in order. Next year Tram to Alpine Meadows gets you access to two ski areas. I am definitely come back to the area and Brad’s condo will be my go to.

This unit is located in one of the closest buildings to the mountain (which is amazing for anyone walking back with their skis). The owner is very responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Condo is starting to show its age, but overall as described in the listing. The beds are hard. I slept on the queen and woke up every morning with sore hips. Another guest abandoned the king for the same reason and slept on the pull out. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Unit overlooks the parking lot. Fireplace doesn’t really work, shuts on and off. Kitchen is well stocked and ski locker on first floor was a big plus. Owner plans on replacing beds. I would definitely return once this is done.

The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and perfectly sized for two couples. Beds were comfy (but adding a few extra pillows wouldn't hurt). Points for having dressers in the bedrooms, as it's nice to not have to live out of your suitcase. The location is excellent, offering a short 5-6 minute walk to the lifts and gondola. Having secure, in-building ski storage is definitely a plus. The hot tub was clean and HOT! (And surprisingly uncrowded during our stay.) Communication with the property manager was the best I've ever experienced. Brad went above and beyond to answer my questions and meet my requests - which he had no obligation to do, but did so to ensure we had the best experience possible. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.
