Rahat ve güzel

Kahvaltı çok güzel,cesitli ve lezzetliydi. Iki gun kaldik iki gun sicaklarda farkli urunler vardi. Restoran, lobby, lavobolar çok temiz ve güzel. Lobby lavobosu çok güzel kokuyor. Oda çok güzel gayet iyi tuvalet, duş gayet iyi. Havuzu biraz ufak ama biz gittiğimizde kimse yoktu iki kişi girdik o yüzden çok keyifliydi. Personeller çok sevimli özellikle kat görevlisi bir bayan çok sempatikti, yardım severdi teşekkürler. Tekrar tercih ederiz çok memnun kaldım.

Dubious billing methods

During the check-out, the hotel forced us to pay the restaurant bills in cash (we booked it on the room) although they already debited the amounts on my credit card. Besides that, my room was in a very poor condition (necessary renovation + not very clean). The egg dishes at the breakfast were cold every day. The room perfume in the lobby was so strong that I had problems to breathe. So, it was a very pricy stay which was definitely not worth it at all.

Was better than expected

I was not looking forward to the stay here after reading the reviews But it was better than expected The room had sink and fridge Bed was comfortable 8/10 Breakfast was standard Less than 5.min walk there is burger King, popeyes and a few cafes and restaurant that do donor and chicken

Could have more option for breakfast WiFi was slow had to connect to the floor above then its was fine

Comfortable and enjoyable

Did not use the restaurant in the hotel., but had tea, and it was very good. Hotel is located in a good spot and everywhere is easily accessible. Staff were friendly ad the hotel was clean and well kept.

The rooms need to be checked more thoroughly prior to guests arriving, as I found a pair of a previous guests old socks which smelt awful.

If I want to stay at a hotel in Lefkosa again in future, I'll choose it again.

it was fairly clean the staff were so friendly. the place is so close to bus stop and city center.

if you are looking for a quiet place, it is not the best choice

Very good meals on restaurant attached to it .

It was clean

Second night was a night mare, loud music from nearby apartments, couldn’t sleep at all, kept phoning the receptionist. Music eventually stopped just after 2am and this was the morning that was my reason for booking there, as we had a morning university graduation. No sorry not compensation for it.

My stay in Nikosia, Cyprus was fantastic!

The location was excellent and the staff was wonderful! They made me feel like I was at home and were very accommodating to all my needs.

The best part was how friendly the staff was and the owner of the hotel made sure that I was happy with my stay. I enjoyed my conversations with him and he helped with whatever I needed and gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to see.

Sıcak su tazyik olayı çözülür ise fiyat ve fayda oranında çok iyi bir otel

Yeni bir tesis - otopark ı var - markete ve yemek yerlerine yakın

Ben 3 ncü katta kaldım-Sıcak su var ama tazyik yoktu. Yani çok az sıcak su geliyor, duş alırken şampuanla mücadele ediyorum diyorsunuz resmen

I will not come back!

Staff at the Scala restaurant was helpful and kind.

The quality of the food was poor, drinking bottled water is not available to the guests after 5 pm which is a complete nonsense, the reason behind it is that the house keeping is not there after 5 pm. The sheets on the bed were not clean and with holes in it. In the middle of the night I have called reception to bring me additional blanket as it was cold, they said that they don't have any additional and they brought me a remote control for the AC to warm up the room. The room was warm an hour later and I ended up shivering for an hour.

Yeni bir otel, detaylara biraz daha özen gösterilmesi lazım.

Otoparkı olması bizim için artı idi. Ayrıca lokasyonu güzeldi.

Otel henüz yeni olduğu için bazı şeyler tam tamamlanmamıştı. Temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilebilir. Buzdolabında yenmiş elma duruyordu. Bir de sıcak su akmıyordu. Sonradan fark ettik ki, sıcak su için açmamız gereken bir düğme varmış. Ama bunu check-in sırasında misafire söylemek lazım. Çünkü bizim gibi turistler bu tür lokal farklara hakim olamayabilir.

Nice family holiday

Very friendly atmosphere, Staff great nothing too much. My daughter has many allergies and could not have breakfast and the receptionist went to get some soya milk straight away :) Gym need may be a little touch up. Food was good. Great spot, we went forwalk every night after meal. Supermarket 2 step away if needed. We loved Friday night with the DJ as it brought such a good vibe for dinner so a++ Will visit again and thank you all

Simplemente excelente todo bien super limpio el desayuno excelente la piscina limpia fresca el bar en la terraza es espectacular se puede tomar cerveza y disfrutar la vista de la ciudad esta cerca de tiendas y restaurantes y la amabilidad del personal muy atento y parte del personal hablaba ruso fue una gran alegría el poder comunircarme en ruso

Overnight stay for a flight to Turkey

They set up an early breakfast for us as we were leaving earlierthan the scheduled breakfast times

Pleasant stay but it could have been so better.

The breakfast was perfect and the staff were polite, helpful and nice. The roof restaurant was really nice and great quality. The interior design was nice especially lobby.

The music in the bar was so loud till 2 AM and some rooms could hear it easily and it made it difficult to sleep. The 5th floor had some construction.

Comfortable hotel

The room is perfectly equipped with a fridge, sink for dishes, many shelves, water cooker etc....table for 2, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and super clean. Perfect stay for a few days.

The area of the hotel is nothing special. The pool is closed after 18:00 so no chance to sit around it in the night.

Value for money!

Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The toilet door was broken and we had to leave it 20cm open so we had NO privacy ! And the prices have gone up since June when we came again..

Too hot for me.

The hotel was clean. Some of the staff spoke English. The view from the pool and bar at the top of thr hotel is great!

The air-conditioner in our room didn't work properly. We asked to have it fixed or give us another room. The head of staff came to our room and said since the fan was running on the cooling unit all was fine. She further stated that it is too hot in Cyprus for their cooling system to properly cool. They refused to move us saying the issue would be the same in other rooms. She did however give us a second room key card so the unit could run with us out of the room. Didn't matter the temperature was still uncomfortably warm. Kudos for at least trying something.

Very pleasant stay

The modern feel of the place. The staff were attentive and the bar and pool area were a real treat, especially at sunset

That the rooms don’t block out much of the road noise. It wouldn’t be a problem if everyone drove normally but there were a lot of very loud cars revving there engines at 1/2/3am in the morning. Not the hotel fault though

Would stay here again

The terrace is great and offers beautiful views, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the food and live entertainment is good and hotel has modern feel to it.

The organisation of some staff could be improved, but this is only a minor issue of training.
