The location of the hotel is very easy to reach from the airport and also from the city centre. The reception staff are very helpful with Wi-Fi issues and provide useful suggestions about the neighbourhood.
The Greenland Residance is not propoer hotel, it has been used as a student accommodation during the term. The room given to us was not well maintained. The bathroom, in particular, was in poor condition, and the room was very noisy throughout the night. First, the bathroom ventilation was loud, and then other guests staying in nearby rooms created additional noise. At check-in, we asked about the possibility of being allocated a room on an upper floor, but this request was not accommodated. No duvet was provided—only a sheet—which was not sufficient when using the air conditioning. Even though Cyprus is very hot, I believe guests should be given the choice of whether or not to use a duvet. Overall, I expected the bathroom to be in better and cleaner condition.
