Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo atrakcyjna, zarówno pod zwiedzanie starówki, jak i innych atrakcji w mieście, czy choćby wyskoczenie nad Wisłę. Mieszkanie jest urządzone ładnie, łóżko duże i wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowy sprzęt.
Mimo infrmacji o parkingu, i wysłaniu wcześniejszego zapytania z potwierdzeniem, o tym że za parking będę musiał normalnie zapłacić i parkować przy ulicy dowiedziałem się na 2 dni przed przyjazdem, po telefonie do właściciela.
Na wcześniejsze wiadomości odpwiedzi nie otrzymałem, natomiast przy rozmowie przez telefon, po przekazaniu informacji o tym, iż w ogłoszeniu jest informacja o darmowym parkingu, usłyszałem "że jak mi się nie podoba to mogę zrezygnować z rezerwacji" - w moim odczuciu bardzo słaba postawa wynajmującego. Ostateczenie musiałem zaparkować przy ulicy i opłacać całodniowy parking "miasta". W mieszakniu przydalkaby się również klimatyzacja, w ciepłe dni w których przebywałem w apartamencie, nagrzewał się on do temperatur sięgających 30 stopni, niestety zasłony nie pomagały za bardzo. Szkoda też że nie ma drzwi do sypialni.

Busy neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Not sure about public transit in the area, I usually walked or used Bolt getting to and from the apartment. It was well-stocked with just about anything you need. Starter amounts of things like espresso pods and washing machine soap pod.
The apartment gets direct afternoon sun and no air conditioner. There's a large and powerful floor fan though. You have to close the heavy curtains on a sunny day if you want to minimize the heat so it will be rather dark in the apartment. Nights when I was there were cool so it was pleasant. The apartment faces the street and windows are the heavy tilting type and seem pretty new but are not total soundproofing so even closed you'll hear some muted traffic noise. I always sleep with earplugs when traveling though so I had no problem. The bathroom could use one of those accordion type wall-mounted mirrors because there's no mirror facing straight on from the sink because there's a window above the sink. There's a mirror on the wall at a right angle to your left but very awkward to be useful for men shaving or women putting on makeup. The mattress is very firm but it was good for me. The tub wall is high to step over into the shower and there are no rails to grab.

The location is amazing, in a very quiet area. The spaciousness of the apartment is great, for max of two people. A great possibility for reaching out to everything you want to see in the central Warsaw area.
Maybe it was a little bit cooler (temperature wise) than expected, but it is October indeed, so, wasn't that bad.
