The instructions to exit the apartment was to leave the garage remote on the table and the door key in the lockbox. That was what we did.
There was no instructions how to leave the garage.We drove the same way we came in and the garage door wouldn't open.There was a button on the wall to call someone.
Thankfully we remembered the address of the garage so the guy who answered was able to open the door for us remotely.

A new building and a quiet green area near the airport – that's a huge plus. Private balcony and good soundproofing. Overall, it's liveable and clean, but the feeling of tired furnishings lingers. Perfect for an overnight stay – not for a romantic weekend.

Nice and comfortable apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The contactless check-in was very convenient, and the instructions were provided quickly. Underground parking was included, which was a great bonus.

Great location — restaurants, shops and bakeries are all within walking distance. Having a parking space was also a big plus. The self check-in was very convenient, allowing us to arrive at a time that suited us and the instructions were extremely detailed and easy to follow. The balcony was pleasant and the bathroom was especially beautiful and tastefully designed.
Overall, the price and quality would be very well balanced if there were a proper, comfortable sofa and a little more attention paid to cleaning.
The sofa was extremely uncomfortable even for sitting, let alone sleeping — it was very worn out and badly sunken in. The floors were also noticeably dirty upon arrival. It was useful that a vacuum cleaner was available, but ideally the apartment should be properly clean when guests arrive, rather than requiring them to clean the floors themselves.
It would also be nice to have some basic supplies available, such as garbage bags and a kitchen towel. The kitchen was quite basic in terms of equipment; for example, there was no salt or basic seasoning. On the positive side - coffee, sugar and tea were provided.
There was also no air conditioning, so during hot weather the apartment can get quite stuffy.
