About this house rental
Situated in Saint Augustine Beach, this charming house for $212 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Look - you need a lot of Salt Therapy and Vitamin Sea , or you would not be reading this. Right? Well, let our home be your home! We want you to fall in love with St. Augustine like we did. Come stay in our large (1200 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome, complete with its own garage. We have all the comforts of home for you here - a brand new kitchen with beautiful shaker cabinets and granite counters, strong wifi throughout, cable TV in all rooms, and that is just the tip of the sand dune. ;) There is a brand new pillowtop king bed for mom and dad, with a queen and full in the other bedroom for friends or the kiddos. In a pinch, we even have both a queen (self inflatable) and twin mattress, so everyone is comfy! Our complex has not one but TWO pools for your enjoyment (one is even HEATED in the winter!), and of course THE BEACH is just a few steps from your door, with private access to some of best sand and surf around! We even have a washer and dryer, so you can stay as long as you like! The area is also beach central with SO many fun things to do and great places to eat. Mango Mangos, Beachcombers, and The Oasis are just a few of the great restaurants. Then you can enjoy Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf (right next door), The Alligator Farm, the Anastasia Island Lighthouse, and of course old St. Augustine just down the road! You simply cannot beat this FUN & AMAZING beach experience!

Such a nice relaxing stay, this condo has everything you might need to relax by the beach. Such a quick easy walk to the beach, Beautiful skies and seas! Lots of restaurants close by and Publix only a few minutes away. We visited Anastasia State park and St. Augustine Lighthouse while we there only a few minutes away.

We just returned from a 4 day weekend in St Augustine. We’ve stayed in the historic part of town so wanted to try something different. The place has a great location. Easy to navigate from there. If the owner could’ve fixed the weather it would’ve been perfect. Overall the place is fine. A bit dated as are most things in the “oldest city”, Ypu won’t be disappointed.

The location of the property is great and easy beach access. Communication with the owner and access was easy and the owner response was rapid. The unit needs updating and repairs/painting. The doors and screens were very difficult to open and the furniture and beds were old and not very comfortable. Painting was definitely needed. Half of the electricity in the unit went out during our last night there. The electrical outlets and fuse box needs updating. As much as we enjoyed the location and beach access we would not stay there again unless it has been updated and repairs done.

Amazing hosts! Super accommodating and really appreciated the quick and friendly communication and the details of accommodations in the house! Good location, short /paved walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable and worth staying here then paying the overpriced hotels!

The property is as advertised; this was the perfect size for out Annual Girls Trip! Three of us, three beds. Two bathrooms, lots of room to dance, eat, hang out. The balconies were so great, the beach was beautiful! Communication with the host was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We enjoyed this unit and the location for daily beach trips. Felt very comfortable and private. Added bonus was a garage and opener ! Very handy to keep my truck and fishing gear locked up. Plenty of room for just the wife and I too. Big flat screen TV in the living room was just like home. Furniture was comfortable as well. Had a few questions for the host and he was extremely helpful and prompt on his return replies. Very nice host.

Our family enjoyed the property and the location was close to our favorite restaurants and attractions. An added bonus was the provided beach chairs, toys, etc. The pool furniture has seen better days, but that’s not the responsibility of the unit owner, just something we noted.

Our family absolutely fell in love with St Augustine! We had a great time. The rental was fantastic, the pool is literally right out the sliding glass doors and the other pool is right next to that one. The walk to the beach was short, beautiful and I enjoyed it every time! There are gopher tortoises that live in the dunes and we saw him/her most days. The beach is fantastic! The townhome is also closely located to everything! It is clean and nicely stocked!

Great townhouse. Short walk over the sand dunes to the ocean. Quiet complex and miniature golf right next door. We made lots of great memories during our stay. Will be back again soon.

Great vacation
In all we had a great trip. The townhouse was perfect, had everything we needed, and it was in the perfect location to everything. Bill was great and always responded promptly to any questions we had.
There is a 5-minute walk down to the beach and we learned after the first day NOT to bring wagons down to the beach lol. We had 2 wagons loaded down and we had to get the wagons up and down over many stairs and across the bridge and through thick, soft sand. After that we only took down to the beach what we could carry and that made traveling to and from the beach soooo much easier. Lesson was learned :)
When we arrived only 1 of the pools was open. After the first day, both pools were closed. The pool was closed for the next 2 days and then opened back up the afternoon before we were leaving. The kids were disappointed to have a pool within 10 ft of our back door that they couldn’t swim in for 2 days.
I would suggest bringing your own beach umbrella or tent. There were about 3 there, but 2 of them were torn to shreds and weren't usable. We ended up going to buy our own, which was not a problem :) There were multiple beach chairs and there was 1 backpack chair which was great for carrying to the beach:) They also had a pop-up beach tent which was good for the kids to have some shade while they played in the sand.
Having a washer and dryer really helped as well as a garage. (garage door opener didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal) .
Overall, we had a wonderful trip, loved the beautiful St. Augustine and enjoyed our stay! Thanks again :)

The condo was a nice place to rest and regroup before heading out to area restaurants (La Cocina International was our favorite dinner spot, and Panama Hattie’s was a nice option for a late lunch, post beach). Plenty of beach chairs, the two backpack style chairs, the short walk and easy access to the beach made our sunbathing adventure that much more seamless.
Bill was extremely responsive and was very transparent regarding an email from the HOA he recently received about the two pools being closed. While pool access would have been a bonus, it was only a minor disappointment, the close access to a quiet, clean beach more than made up for it, and was one of the primary reasons we selected this property. I would definitely recommend this property for those looking for a location close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and a short drive to Old St. Augustine.
