Bad

They refused to give our money back, since they did not offer us anything. We paid 300€ for one night three people, the sheets and the pillows were dirty. Everything was awful

Disappointed with the rooms for the amount we had paid

The facilities were nice and staff were helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed with the room cleanliness. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom had not been cleaned, neither had the floors. The aircon was dripping water all over the floors.

Was very close to public transportation, just minutes away from Ayia Napa center & WaterWorld park. Very nice staff, Shout out to Tijen, she is an amazing head administrative receptionist, well spoken, assertive, nice and always wants the best for the people who come to the hotel!

Door was jammed and hard to open/close, breakfast was not the best. spot lights were flickering so we could not use them. we didnt get new soap bottles everyday, and there were brown like stains on the wall near the sink. On the second day of our stay we had our room cleaned only after 4 PM and we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels. Even when the room was cleaned we still waited for new towels and only got them when asked again at the reception.

Very enjoyable, I would book again.

The room was very comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Loved the breakfast, many options to choose from, tried something different every morning. I like how it's not like other hotels (meaning rooms stacked on top of each other), it felt like small apartments around a big pool area. Location is great cause it's not in the really busy area of Ayia Napa but still only a 10 minute drive!

The toilet room was a bit small, but the shower was big and comfortable so no big deal.

over priced and poor cleanliness and facilities

Pool and outdoor area were lovely. nice access to the beach and a bit away from the noisy main streets, which was nice

the hotel is a bit run down, the room smelled awful and wasn’t very clean. the bar fridges didn’t work and neither did the kettle or coffee machine. we waited a full 24hrs to get these replaced, and had to ask multiple times. there was no housekeeping service during the day. the breakfast was ok, but it was never ready on time, both mornings the food wasn’t out until at least 7.30am and it was supposed to be ready at 7am. which isn’t a big deal generally but if you have tours booked, the delay can be a problem. I would not choose to stay here again. it was very expensive for the quality and service.

I would recommend if you like calm and good food

+++ food very tasty, really delicious +++ pools are spacious and the sunbeds are cool +++ beachfront with easy access (the bay is really nice) +++ big room, beautiful design +++ aesthetically beautiful in general +++ really close to Nissi Beach +++ supermarket and ATM just in front of the hotel +++ the receptionist Tijen welcomed us and she’s amazing :) +++ we were all-inclusive and it was worth it

- - - as it’s white, it’s a bit hard to keep it perfectly clean but that was quite okay - - - the pools were a bit blurry - - - a lot of things from the menus were missing - - - there wasn’t any shisha at all

Avoid at all costs, I’d pay not to stay there.

1-no secure parking, no drop off area. 2-reception area mostly abandoned with one front desk representative either somewhere smoking or eating a banana behind the desk. 3- Once you pay and figure out how bad the service is and how dirty the room is and decide to check out, they will not refund you or pay single penny back, instead they will upgrade you to a suite which is for sure as dirty as the room. 4- reception area furniture is old and worn out, automatic door not working, it’s always open, filthy dirty. 5- when you check in, the reception will show you where the room is and don’t expect anyone to carry your luggage, you have to do it yourself and take it up the stairs in the dark. 6- staff management are never at the hotel, if you need to speak to a manager, you’ll have to wait for them to come from their homes an hour or more away, and they’ll give you attitude and treat you like school kids. 7- the owner is greedy, he won’t even consider a refund and avoid even talking to the staff or guests. 8- please if you’re looking to spend your vacation in Aya Napa, don’t waste your time booking at So White, it does not even deserve a 1 star. waste of money. for the same amount to stay at Amarande or Nissi Beach, true 5 star top notch resorts. Expensive option that gives you nothing. one more thing, all guests who were staying at the hotel were coming to the reception complaining about keys not working, cleanliness of the rooms, asking for early check outs. I hope I’m helping you decide.

Decepcionante, a não repetir.

The images shown do not correspond to the real thing, the hotel should be called "Not So White". The hotel reception was very poorly maintained. It needs maintenance in the rooms, outdoor furniture, common spaces and swimming pools. Cleaning is bad.

so white is Our place

we fell in love with so white back in 2015, when we first discovered it. since then, we tried visiting every second year, 2022 was our 4th time at the property. regardless all the bad reviews, we still went there and haven’t regretted. although it does have some things to work on, it’s understandable considering the harsh times hotel businesses have had and still are experiencing. the location couldn’t be better, the style of the hotel and its grounds is to die for, breakfast offers a wide choice of food, just need to fix the swimming pools mostly.

The pools are nice but dirty.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. I am disappointed to stay at this place. Dirt everywhere, windows have not been washed in years, large pools, nice but dirty. Algae appear, for three nights I did not see anyone cleaning the pool. Staff tragic, people work there rather for punishment. If you want a great vacation, do not book this hotel.

the smell of ret in the room so we had to change for another that also has ret under the sink and the balcony, the sheets and the towels are not clean the pool is dirty also the bar in the puffet smelled awful I couldn't enjoy eating there because the plates also were dirty the service is so poor the staff are not professinal every thing was not worthy the money we paid

the beach was nice, the room nice and the pools were nice

aircondition not strong enough, breakfast not nothing special reception gave us 1 card and we had to request another since we were 2 poeple tv remote didn’t had batteries and they told me to take it to the reception to check it and but batteries also no parking for cars for hotel residents not value for money

Good and Nice Hôtel

The hotel is beautiful and well located. Swimming pools are superb and we we re close to the beach. All the team was very Nice. Dimitria ❤️. I think this hôtel is a good choice if you visit Cyprus.

Even if people are really Nice at the restaurant, we didn’t like food at the buffet. I prefered to eat outside.
