So White Beach Resort

Best hotel I’ve ever been!! If u see negative comments it’s from people that will always find bad things. We really liked the room, we had a private pool next to the parking of the hotel, very comfortable! The hotel have 3 huge pools and a an amazing beach, we did jet ski it was amazing. And most important the people there is special. I was sad to leave and say good bye to them. Also if u like cats there are a lot of cute ones in the area of the pool

The WiFi is really bad! Prepare to do a SIM card Breakfast is ok Launch is not the best Dinner is ok I recommend to go eat sometimes in aya Napa restaurants and not only in the hotel.

Pools, gardens and beach were beautiful. Great location on one of the nicest beaches in Cyprus. Bathroom was nice, shower was lovely and small pool at the room too which the kids loved! Comfortable bed too.

Rooms need a little maintenance, switches falling off the wall, broken nespresso machine, door handles falling off, just small things but easily fixed.

The whole hotel is beautifully designed, lovely gardens, pools and rooms all with mood lighting. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The pools are wonderful to swim in but the floor was slippery and lots of care was required when supporting my elderly parents. Our room was overbooked for our first night so needed to stay in a first floor room when we booked a garden room with a pool. This was far from ideal as needed a ground floor room for my wheelchair using father. Music from the beach bar is overbearing if you want to have a quiet break.

The staff were lovely, the receptionist lady was really good, Musti was a very helpful person and thoughtful in his actions, the staff in Blu Restaurant were really nice and professional Higher Management questionable in their response to an issue especially if it involved anything that could involve compensation for a bad experience The food was very good quality overall such as beef goulash, ribs, a full stilton cheese but no crackers! so lacking was combinations like a lovely pork stew but only roast potatoes at best to pair with it, rice we were told was only served at lunch which made choices harder at dinner like a beautiful Butter chicken curry but no rice! I appreciate that we were in Cyprus and there were a lot of locals holidaying there ....so tastes vary but we are also their target market The pools were the best, the gardens and greenery kept beautiful - it really was the best part and enjoyed very much by the children in our party...and the adults..

There has not been a great deal of investment in some portions of the hotels such as some of the rooms - in my opinion those giving the "I cannot believe you would not give this 5*" are the ones, if real, put up in their newer or top suites, our rooms took a photo really well but closer inspection showed chipboard cupboards, broken corner on mirror, balcony glass had old gaffer tape on the corner, hot tub mastic was yellowed....general maintenance seemed to have a "close enough" attitude, it seemed that the hotel maintenance was contracted out to lower standards that to any 4 or 5* hotel would not find acceptable that I have stayed in previously worldwide. I do have photos The staff who cleaned the rooms and maintained them again didn't clean the general loo area routinely or change out dirty coffee cups, they were good at sweeping, mopping and changing the towels Also my daughter having to change room three times for a genuine security risk - a sliding door with a dodgy lock, then a serious health risk by a suspected large rodent (we did see Pest Control attend within a few hours) as I alluded to previously the senior management only offered a free lunch just as were literally leaving.....but we were all inclusive anyway! Ignorant and distasteful attitude from higher management for genuine issues in my opinion My daughter is forced now to take this up with the booking.com and or her credit card as it was totally unacceptable to be completely moving apartment for the third time for a serious h&s threat (the night before we were due to leave) at midnight without help from the hotel and with an awoken young baby across the site to another room but lower grade, for a third time in 7 days ....
