Dirty, very bad breakfast, needs much maintenance

Very Dirty and bad (no) cleaning. Not worth the Money at all. Pool is dirty, Daily cleaning was a joke and in total the overall impression is that this was once a Nice place but it os in desperate needs for maintenence We gave up on the breakfast - they were out of everything and the floor and cleaning in the BLU restaurant in general was sooo bad that we didnt want to eat food from the buffet. Our meal in the Beach bar eas not good too. In general a very bad experience :-(

One night stay

Large room. Pool area. Food was OK. Cleanliness. Disappointed with communication as was booked for a treat for my daughter and her friend.

No pillows and when asked staff not friendly and unhappy about giving them. Had to ask for all inclusive wristbands and no information given on where to eat and where to get drinks.

The room was clean and well presented and the pools and beach area were well equipped with comfortable sunbeds and plenty of space.

There was a general lack of information upon arrival at the property and reception didn’t realise that we had booked all inclusive which caused us some initial confusion. Whilst the property in general was well presented, it was also very tired looking and worn in many places. For example in the corridor leading down to our room there was a mattress just left outside the whole weekend. However what really let this place down was the food. The breakfast was good - but lunch and dinner options were poor. The meat was so overcooked it was inedible and it was always the same options such as nuggets, chips, spring rolls and samosas. There were no condiments to choose from except limited bowls of tahini and hummus and only tzatziki was served on the first night. The desserts were the same every night, fruit was also left out and by our third day had started to go bad. No butter was out for any of the bread either.

We wouldn’t come back

Georgie was lovely and when we complained couldn’t try hard enough to help us. The staff tried their best.

Where to start! The food was atrocious and alcoholic drinks were not included on the all inclusive! The rooms aircon didn’t work and the maintenance team were fixing it while we were in the room…the room smelt of mould when we first entered and all the lights didn’t work. The room was run down for a 4 star hotel that cost £511 it was not worth it. We asked to be moved into a room that was cool and we got given another room after 11 visits to reception we found our room after the lady on the desk said she didn’t know where it was. I swiped the key it worked and as I entered it was an occupied room! Luckily the guests were not in there that would have been the cherry on the cake! We went back to reception and after a lot of complaining we got a third room which was a private suite with a pool which was nice but even the price for that we wouldn’t have paid that! We didn’t use any of the facilities as the sun beds were black with mould and the pool was dirty. It wasn’t a nice relaxing place to stay.

Just don’t book it! Does not worth the money!

only the pools. they are having two big pools which are both 2 minutes away from the beach.

Almost everything! From where should I start? first of all the room was smelling really bad! like old houses and too much humidity which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel room! also the TV was out of service! the towel holder when you touch it, it went out of the wall which is ridiculous and also the bin of the toilet had a broken cover! The breakfast had a lot of choices BUTT almost nothing was tasting and also the buffet did not look clean and neat which is unacceptable for the price of the hotel! And to conclude all this bad experience we get shocked when they told us that we are having access at the luggage room and that we have to take our luggage by ourselves from that room because while we were waiting for the check in and this is crazy because what if someone is taking something from there ??

If you're looking for some downtime to relax...

The rooms are spacious, the pools are huge and clean with many to choose from , the area is nice, quiet and peaceful but in close proximity to services. I loved Nama club , severed very nice cocktails. I would recommend to add child entertainment near pool area...

The service has deteriorated a lot over the years, we have been staying here every summer since 2012, it has always been my first choice , but last couple of years, the hotel seems to be struggling to maintain the same service level in terms of hospitality, disappointed to see the menu at breakfast and beach club showing very limited options of food, we stayed in a room where the shower kept overflowing because of a drainage problem...

Overall Good enough, I expected more.

Breakfast was nice, the swimming pool is huge.

The air conditioner was dripping water, the shower was clogged resulting in water filling the bathroom area. The room was quite far from the reception area. The Wifi was not working. There was no free space in the parking area. You expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing

the fact that the music at the bar where breakfast was served was very loud until 1.30 am despite our kind request to lower it as we were trying to get some rest was unacceptable since there was also another bar at a longer distance from the apartments where they could have all night party.

Special location in front of the sea. Amazing gardens, tropical scene. For some momments i thought that i was in Bali insteed of Cyprus. The staff were always with a smile. Definetely i will come again with my family.

It could be a lot better for the price and its set up.

Room Poorly cleaned and bed was very poorly set up.

The bathroom and toilet windows dont have light blinds. The balcony doors only have one cheap window blind. You ll wake up when the sun comes up.

It was relaxing, enjoyable and worth it all the way!

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All the staff I encountered with (Mrs. Georgia, Mrs. Demetra, Mrs. Yiota) were super friendly and ready to assist with a happy smile. Mrs. Georgia is like the energizer bunny - on the run always and everywhere!
