Friendly staff. Clean hotel.

The water park was closed and there were no information or messages about that. The water park was main reason for our family for booking Tofinis so we were disapointed. There are no blankets, sleeping only with sheet is uncomfortable

Very good

Great location. Big rooms for family with beds for the kids. Waterpark and pool has lifegards and are clean., very polite staff. Food was good.

Need to be a little more tidy and clean.

A very good hotel for families

Our stay at the hotel was marked by consistently exemplary service from the reception staff, who were always available and supportive whenever we needed assistance. A standout member of the staff was Maaz, a waiter who consistently provided service that was professional and warm. His exemplary service was a highlight of our stay, and we believe he has the potential to assume a leadership role within the hotel, such as a supervisor or restaurant manager. His skill and experience could greatly benefit the less experienced staff who made considerable errors during our stay. We were extremely impressed by the cleaning staff. The cleanliness of all areas throughout the hotel was maintained to a high standard, which significantly added to our positive experience.

A specific weakness was the apparent lack of personal hygiene among certain waitstaff, with an odor being especially evident in the hot weather conditions. This issue is one that needs immediate attention from the hotel management.

Value for money. Big waterpark. It can be better

The food experience was ok. It could be better but it was ok. The staff was pleasant The waterpark was excellent. The lifeguards was perfect.

The main pool was dirty. In my 4 days stay they didn't clean the pool at all. The space in the pool was not very clean The main hall didn't had a very good air condition and at night they opened the main doors to maintain the air. They didn't clean proper the rooms between the days.

Perfect hotel for families

Waitress during the meals were very kind. Also, food was excellent. Pool was clean, im not person who likes swimming pool, but in this i really enjoyed and swim. Location of hotel is also great, 15min walk to city centre, around 10mins to beach, and perfect for families.

When we came in room there were dirty pillow cases, this can make me angry, but i got really fast new clean one. After that i didn't want to have cleaning room service, only to give me a fresh towels. When they took the dirty ones they, accidentally picked our babies towel. I cleaned our room by myself. Also floor was dirty, i saw it because our baby is crawling. There were only for breakfast options for baby breakfast, maybe we will get more options if we ask, but we didn't.

Nice hotel but not sure we will come back

The hotel was basic but nice. The staff in the restaurants and snack bars are lovely and accommodating. It's definitely value for money.

The food wasn't great, so we only ate breakfast there (instead of all 3 meals as we took the all inclusive package). The staff at the reception weren't very friendly and the hotel isn't in the center of Ayia Napa. We had a car so this wasn't a big deal but next time we will stay in the center.

Great for the money

the staff was really great. especially the restaurant and children entertainment. food was good - not a chefs restaurant level but definitely edible and fresh and actually exceeded my expectations

bed and pillow could be more comfortable. many childrens room games and facilities were unusable or in a bad state

Food is amazing!

The food in amazing, staff very polite, very clean hotel.

Pool area was always very busy and a lot of children screaming. Don t recommend if you just want to sit at the pool and enjoy your cocktail. Also, cocktails not very good.

Welcoming staff, who helped us with a few minor requests. Food selection was surprisingly wide during all meals. The restaurant inside the hotel and the service were just great.

The pools are overloaded with chlorine. Reception would not provide a towel for the pool, but only for 2 euro...come on, we paid for all inclusive!! Room 1331 where we stayed -- intermittent sewage stink in the bathroom. It could've been coming from the sink...

Nice, clean and spacious hotel, with friendly stuff and great value for the service

Rooms are spacious, bathroom is spacious as well and the balcony it was comfortable for three of us and the to left over the stuff for the beach.

First of all, dinner does not include drinks and to order a drinks are expensive. In general with the fee for dinner and to buy drinks in hotel for 3 people, you can eat in almost any restaurant where waiters will serve you instrad to serve your self in ala carte. The other downside is that in the room/balcony you do not have any place where to dry your towels.

the location is very good you can find very nice beach nerby the hotel

The room dont was clean, but the cleaner come everyday. The bedding was very smelly i think the hotel wash with vinegar..

Nice all inclusive package for family with young kids

great water park, nice evening entertainment, and good food. The chef was amazing, helping me to choose food to avoid allergies. Reception staff were also welcoming and obliging. Lifeguards were overall helpful and attentive.

Wonderful family hotel with waterpark

Everything was great. Lovely food with a different menu every night. Had wonderful entertainmenet. The staff were helpful and always with a smile. The waterpark was very good. We will come back next year for sure.

The restrooms near the water park were very dirty. Even in the morning they were not clean
