Tofinis Hotel

The hotel had excellent food and service.

Food is delicious and fresh just sometimes you can bump in to some potatoes or french fries from previous meal just bit heated. You just can't give your guests potatoes that aren't freshly fried or baked. Everybody can tell the difference for sure. Restaurant staff are very hard working people and thanks to them crowds were minimal even in the food rush hour when place would start to look like as a mad house. Polite and almost invisible, just buzzing arround the place picking up empty plates, refilling the food etc. Waterpark is the reason we have chosen this hotel and it was very good. Kids loved it. Evening shows were ok. The Michael Jackson show was the best, it was out of our expetations.

First and foremost I didn't like the communication with the customer service. They made me misleaded with upgrading from halfboard to all inclusive and that costed me ~300eur more than booking.com offered. I wanted to do that upgrade by booking.com 2 months ago, but they, hotels customer service, told me that I can do it upon arrival as well. I didn't expected that it will cost 300eur more than via booking... So, what ever they tell you don't be naive as I was. Use the booking.com offers. If you want to change your reservation do it by booking.com by cancelling old reservation and making the new one. Don't expect from their customer service to work in best customers interest as I did. Air conditioning is old and every day there was some leackage on the floor. One afternoon it wouldn't turn on at all so we had to call reception and ask for repair. Refrigirator is also old and not quite working. Everyday there was a leackage fom it as well. The balcony was never cleaned.

The water park is great Hotel staff - most of the time very helpful Location is good

Hotel policy is to be cheap to the maximum possible extent- towels change every 3 days ! There is only one key for a family of 5 - another key is extra charge. The food is very basic - everything is with pork and same food everyday. All inclusive alcohol is just local one. Our request to make a piza without meat was regected - Kids prefer juct cheese- WHY NOT MAKE IT SUITABLE FOR THEM? Especially that the pizza is at the children area of the dinning room. The pools are not covered at all - you got burned easily. Definitely don't worth the money !
