The Villa was very clean and very well equipped both inside and out. We liked having a seating areas both at the back of the villa by the pool and at the front of the villa so we could move between the sun and shade. The Villa was also quite private, backing into a patch of land/bushes.
Maria was very attentive, proving us with helpful information and ensuring we had everything we needed.
The Villa is a good location, 10 mins walk to the main run of bars, shops and restaurants, and the nearest beach, which we preferred. The sea was very calm and warm, and It was quieter and easier to get sunbeds than the busier beaches at Protaras and Fig Tree Bay.

The villa is located in a nice neighbourhood, close to beaches (approx 10-15 min walk), nice rooms, cozy pool, quiet area.
No issues in particular, maybe a suggestion to renew the garden furniture.
