We made a last minute decision to move our stay to this property and it saved our holiday. We know the area very well and it’s an excellent location just by the new (still unfinished) Pernera mariner, but a stones’ throw away from the beautiful walkway, that takes you right through to Protaras. We’ve stayed in a number of rented properties in Cyprus over the years but never received such wonderful customer service.
They turned our booking around in 45 minutes with the wonderful Diana on call to come and prepare the property, with a full cleaning and towel / bed service every 48 hours.
Never have we received soft drinks being continuously re-stocked. Wine, fresh fruit and treats on arrival. Flouris was the most wonderful property manager, always on hand to help with anything - genuinely in 20 years, the best customer service we received.
The villa is excellently maintained by the team. You’ll feel safe, secure and at home from the moment you arrive

Pool amazing
Villa fully equipped
Fridges kept well stocked
Good location being walking distance to a shop, the beach and some restaurants and a short taxi ride to busy area of Protaras
Property manager was super helpful
Needs a gate at the side for added comfort that no one can walk in

we LOVED the decor
there was nothing we didn’t like about the property maybe that it was hard for people to find taxi and takeaway drivers etc also there was no tea towels to use in the kitchen which was very annoying
