It boasts 6 bedrooms, each with a LCD TV, 4 bathrooms (2 are fully en suite), a large open plan living area, free phone calls, free wireless internet access and a superb game room, as well as a large, SOUTH FACING swimming pool with spa and BBQ (free BBQ for guests of 7+ nights, $55 for other guests upon request)to enjoy those long sunny Florida days. The family room has a large LCD smart TV and there’s also a wall-mounted LCD smart TV on the lanai for your outdoor viewing pleasure. Magnolia Blossom Villa’s location is one of the very best in Windsor Hills. Besides its south facing Pebble-Tec pool, the villa is across the street from Windsor Hills’ largest playground and just a few minutes walk from the new community splashpad and waterslides. Our villa is regarded as at the very top for a luxury villa at Windsor Hills. Magnolia Blossom is equipped to exceptional standards, including everything you need if babies/toddlers are in your party. You can be certain that you have not only chosen superb quality, but outstanding value from owners that really care about their property and importantly, your needs for a great vacation. PLEASE NOTE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE POOL/SPA HEAT. YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $29 PER DAY ($32.92 WITH TAX) WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. The $29 rate is for Paypal payment, if paid thru VRBO rate is slightly higher due to fees involved. Free BBQ for guests of 7+ nights, $55 plus tax for other guests upon request. - Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has or soon will have dedicated parking spaces with charging stations for EV's. All guests must be age 25+ unless with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise. Windsor Hills is the nearest gated community to Walt Disney World - just two miles!! All the other major attractions, such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, water parks, designer outlet shopping malls, plus many other activities and attractions are located within a 20-minute drive. Florida Legoland is 40 minutes away. The house was set up perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Owners were very quick to reply on any questions. We paid to have the pool heated as it was January and it was perfect!! Great location to everything!!

We had unexpected maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was easy and helpful, overall. The maintenance team on-site are friendly and super helpful. Agree with previous guests that more routine inspections of home systems (pool, HVAC, appliances) would be helpful before guest arrival.

We stayed at the property for ten days in June 23. Overall, we had a great time and the property was lovely apart from a few minor issues. It certainly has a wow factor when you open the front door.
A couple of the issues we experienced have been raised in previous reviews and they haven't been rectified unfortunately. The lock on the back patio door needs fixing or replacing and the lanai has several holes in, leading to insects and squirrels entering daily. The in-built microwave above the cooker didn't work, but the property management company were really quick to provide another for us to use. A few of the walls are looking rather tired with damaged picture frames and marks/scratches to the paintwork, but nothing too major.
The property is perfectly located for Disney, Windsor Hills resort is nice and you feel very safe walking at night.
The bedrooms are well proportioned and with our party of eight, we felt very comfortable. The kids loved the use of the pool and the games room. Be aware that the juke box also does not work.
Overall, this is a lovely place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate in coming back, but a few cosmetic updates from repeated rental use would make it perfect.

The Home was beautiful and had amazing accommodations for my family. The house was clean , the instructions were a great help and we really enjoyed our time . The community was welcoming and the area is great for shopping and Disney excursions . The only critique is to update the hole in the upper screen in patio area. We had a few visits from a couple of squirrels that came into the pool area which frightened the kids and family but eventually he found his way back out. Also updating the washing machine would be great since with swimming you are washing towels which are heavy when wet so we were able to only wash 4 towels at a time . However , I rated a 5 out of 5 because none of those things overshadowed the amazing time we had in the home. Also, many thanks to Darcy for making sure we had our entry gate passes and she was very responsive leading up to the vacation . I would definitely refer the home and come back to stay again !

We absolutely loved the house, the location and especially the owners. If we had any questions we would message them and I would always get a quick and helpful response. I spoke with Leslie before we went and she gave me a lot of helpful information.
The location of the house was great. We had three small kids and they loved the park. The house was close to the entrance, the main lobby and water park. And the castle park was right across the street.
It was well worth the money to have the pool heated. We used it a lot even later in the evening. Since it was January it was still pretty cold at the big water park. We would have probably used it more if it would have been warmer. The day we were there they had live music that was really good.
If we come back we would definitely stay there

We rented this beautiful home during our stay at Disney. It was the perfect location, near Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants and close to all Disney parks which was so convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay, the owners were super responsive and so nice. We really appreciated the little things that made it homey and festive, like a Christmas tree, nightlight in bathrooms. Kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the Foosball table. Unfortunately, it was quite cold during our stay so we were not able to utilize the pool as we hoped or had time to utilize any amenities available. We would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Our group of 6 had an amazing time at this property. I appreciated having the loud pool alarm to ensure safety with a pool on the property (even though we probably annoyed our neighbors trying to get used to it - you have to press a little harder than expected when entering into house from pool for alarm to disengage properly).
Being so close to both the playground and the community water park was a big perk when having 4/5 year olds with. Arrangement of bedrooms was great too, could have a much larger group and still feel there was plenty of space.
Having two living areas was also nice. Kids could watch TV in one while the adults visited in the other.
"Cons": I wish there was some cleaning supplies on site to help maintain cleanliness through stay (chlorox wipes or spray), but Walmart is close and we understand why minimum products are provided. Wifi information was missing from book but hosts were so prompt when issue was identified and wanted to resolve ASAP. Would be nice to have salt/pepper, pan spray etc., but again, Walmart is close!

This house was perfect for our family’s Disney trip. The girls loved their princess room and the boys loved their Cars room. The pool at the house was also a hit! ( and a great way to relax after a day at Disney) The neighbor pool was also fun, especially the water slides.

Having a swimming pool and hot tub on the premises is great. And the game room was enjoyed, although the jukebox was out of order. However the experience we had didn't live up to the great reviews from previous customers. We were disappointed with the house because it was not clean. We found dirty towels and beds. The housekeepers did not service this house. Darcy and Leslie were accessible by phone and we explained the situation. Leslie was responsive, offered an apology and contacted the property management company immediately. This completely ruined our first night in the house, because we needed to leave the house with our vehicles full of our personal belongings and wait for it to be cleaned. To make a long story short, we finally got settled into the house by midnight. However, with the pandemic lingering over our heads we were leery as to how clean the house could really be in such a short time. They did not have time to sanitize everything like it is advertised. This certainly put a damper on our vacation. However, we made the best of it. Thank you Darcy & Leslie for refunding us for the first night's rent. Hopefully you will have better luck with the property management company for your future clients. There should be a maintenance person who evaluates the house to make sure everything is in working order before the next client. We had to request for a toilet to be fixed and reported that the iron was broken. And there should be protocols in place where the owners are notified that the property maintenance and cleaning is complete.

Any issue that we encountered was quickly addressed and taken care of. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and large dining area to eat together. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed (kids glasses and plates too). I would 100% rent this home again.
