About this villa rental
Nestled in Coligny Beach, this attractive villa for $309 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean. After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own. Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach! We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask. We take great pride and care to ensure your stay in our villa will be an enjoyable one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described! The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! Shops and restaurants are all right there within minutes of walking.
If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will definitely stay here again!

We just got back from spending a week at this beautiful condo. Within the first 15 minutes we had a knock on the door from a manger with the cleaning service checking to see if we had any issues upon our arrival. We found the condo to be extremely clean, well taken care of and well appointed with everything we needed. The communication and follow-up from the owners was great with making sure our check-in went smoothly to thanking us for our stay and wishing us safe travels on our way back home. With this being our first time to stay at HHI i reached out to the owners for a list of places to eat/dine. Don got back rather quickly with a very comprehensive list of places depending on what we was in the mood for. The condo and its location was perfect for our stay but the interaction with the owners is what separated this place from others in making us feel welcomed during our stay.

The condo was very clean and the owner very responsive. It is a bit small, but the view was worth it!!!! we could see and hear the ocean. Pool is a short walk down the steps and ocean walk is short and easy.

Condo was sized just right for the two of us. Ocean front with a beautiful view. Just steps from the pool, which was well well maintained, and beach access. Beach chairs available at the condo were great for sitting at the beach. King size bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. Kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. Highly recommend this.

We enjoyed our stay as it was oceanfront & close to everything at Coligny. Bed was good, didn't care for the microfiber sheets, if you dont like them, I would suggest to bring your own. I also brought pillows which made a huge difference. 2 extra pillows in the cabinet next to the bed that my husband needed as he is not the pillow addict that I am & did not choose to bring his. We didn't use the den but maybe 2x as the sofas are low to the ground as another reviewer mentioned & I have bad knees so it was very difficult to get up from. They are also older & the pictures on vrbo do not show them well. Hopefully they will be upgraded at some point as a sofa & loveseat make it crowded & do not allow the bartop table to be moved in front of the mirrored wall to allow a little more space to move about. A sleeper sofa would give more opportunity for better sleep arrangements if a small family were staying there. Then maybe 1 or 2 chairs instead of a loveseat. No carpet except in the den portion, it did have a rug covering most of it. Kitchen was nicely supplied. We have stayed at the Breakers 8X or more & this is the first time since the elevators were added. Huge bonus & honestly, we could not have stayed there if the elevators had not been there. Child in condo above ran a 5k for 2 hrs starting at 8am ea. day. No fault of the owners of this villa but you hear that stuff. Overall, great place and Don was great to check to make sure all was ok.

My wife and I enjoyed the cozy and nicely decorated beach theme 1BR condo. Our stay at the condo was during a very hot/humid week in July. The AC unit ran fine, however I discovered the clothes dryer had an indoor vent which increased indoor heat/humidity when in use.
I limited the time using clothes dryer to the early morning or when we went out. This helped.

Don made the stay very easy for us! Communicated entire way through and answered any questions we had. The stay itself was fantastic. Location is right on the beach which made it very easy to get around for shopping or to get right to the ocean. Just as advertised!

Don’s condo is amazing and the perfect getaway for a couple. We spent every morning and night on the patio watching the waves roll in, and even saw some deer! Getting to the beach was a breeze, less than a 2-minute walk. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the living room was spacious for the two of us. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time on Spring break at Don’s place. The location is unbeatable, steps to the beach with tiki bar and pool bar Jim’s on either side and coligny shops right across the street. The unit itself is a good size for a one bedroom. The only thing to note was that our 3 year old was able to unlock the front door by herself so would have been great to have a second lock out of her reach. We would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect. It was just as it looked from the pictures, very clean with a spectacular view. Condo was equipped with everything you would need. Restaurant and shops right across the street. Couldn’t ask for more.

First time staying this close to the beach- location was spot on! Few min walk to beach down walkway from property. Pool access super close and convenient. Some covered parking available, which was a bonus. Roomy elevators available that made for easy transport of items to/from the car. Condo is smaller - bathroom has pedestal sink, not a lot of room for storage of bathroom items. Enjoyed having a walk in shower versus tub. Bedroom is located immediately upon entering main condo entrance. It’s small with king bed that seemed shorter top to bottom than a true king? Mattress was very uncomfortable- those with back problems will be hurting. Really, the bed is the biggest negative about the place. Kitchen had everything you need. No ice maker in freezer but Ice cube trays came in handy. Coffee pot options of full pot or k-cup was a positive as well. Couches are low to ground, but comfy (Could see being difficult for an older person or someone with medical limitations getting up from the couches). Tv cable system is so so with poor connectivity and could use an upgrade (we had rain everyday this time so watched a little more tv than usual).
Pool Bar Jim’s (best tropical drinks in HH) is next door. Shopping area right across street was great for quick grocery (piggly wiggley) or ice cream runs :) with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We love this location and pool was super nice option when weather was unpredictable or came on quickly. Bummer there is no hot tub but good size pool and smaller 2ft kid pool as well. Favorite part- coffee on the balcony in the AM and watching the tides roll in later in the day. Owner of condo was great with communication and quick to respond to texts. We enjoyed staying in this cozy condo. We were able to walk everywhere which was very relaxing for us. We even got to see two deer from our balcony that were living in the beach brush.

We all really loved the place. I must say though it’s perfect for a couple but you need to be creative for four people. Access was simple and Don was great with communication. It was nice to park the car and leave it for the week, everything was right there including the trolley to take you to parts of the island.The view was awesome, we even saw dolphins swim by and had male deers visit every other day. Would I come back here to stay ? My answer would be “ yes”
