It was really good and spacious. The view of the beach was great. We were provided multiple room services.

i love the planning & set-out of the entire Resort, the intercontinental breakfast settings is superb. all the staff are homely and welcoming. i feel like coming down here every year.

All charges and and tax have been paid during booking and i paid for 12 USD green at the property before check-in. i didn't any reason for taking another 12 USD for service charges on food i bought from the pool in the afternoon, the dinner i bought at Tom Yam restaurant . pls adjust on this.

Third time coming back to SAii and still really enjoyed it, it’s amazing as usual. It’s been 2 years since I’ve last been here and I can tell that everything is well maintained, new appliances, new towels, beach beds, etc. which is really important. Staff is as friendly as they’ve always been :) food was exceptional this time at Terra&Mar!

The only little thing that upset us was the breakfast during departure. Last two times we were able to go to the breakfast buffet upon opening early morning and have all food and drink and options available. This time, it was a “mini buffet” just because we were a bigger group checking out. However, this breakfast buffet was literally just some pastries, fruit, bread and cheese? And when we came up to it there was literally no one, and it was pitch dark so it kind of wasn’t the best farewell. Hoping this can be improved in the future :) joining the regular buffet was the ideal departure tbh. Still giving a 9 because there’s always room for improvement.

Overall, apart from the reception staff, the employees were friendly. The hotel’s landscaping was excellent, and if you are not a vegetarian, the food will likely be satisfying. After all, you are on an island in the middle of the ocean, so I guess it is necessary to keep expectations a bit lower.

Having to constantly make reservations for lunch and dinner did not really fit our vacation style. We prefer the freedom to do whatever we want whenever we want while on holiday; however, instead we found ourselves planning all the time, which was quite tiring. Even though we purchased an all-inclusive package, being asked for our room number everywhere we went and having to wait for a bill and sign it—even when no payment was required—was not something we are used to. Additionally, it did not make sense that we could not benefit from the minibar despite staying on an all-inclusive package. After paying almost an extra USD 2,000 for the all-inclusive option, one naturally feels discouraged from using the minibar. As a result, even though we chose an overwater villa, we could not fully enjoy spending relaxed time in the room as we had expected. In addition, the reception staff were generally unfriendly, and at checkout they did not even have the courtesy to ask how our stay had been overall. Regarding the accommodation itself, there was a bad smell in the toilet, which seemed to be a structural issue rather than a cleanliness problem, and the water flow in the shower was very weak. One night, the alarm of a neighboring villa went off for about half an hour. Although the hotel management apologized the next day and sent a fruit plate, unfortunately we were unable to sleep properly that night.
