Independent house for 8 persons, 4 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator - freezer, dishwasher, microwave, bathroom with tub and bidet, shower room, laundry room with washing machine, cellar, roof top terrace, garage, fenced garden with pool (4 x 8 m) and patio with garden furniture and barbecue, house is located in a unique location on the beach, fine gravel beach with showers, small offshore island, beach kiosk located 30m away. Surroundings: The house is situated in a small holiday village between the town El Perello and the fishing village of Ampolla near Ebrodelta. There are variety of restaurants and they offer both Mediterranean cuisine as well as international cuisine. In Ampolla there is a fishing port and a marina for sport boats. Fish auctions will be held every day. Within 300m from the house there is a newly built hotel complex with a restaurant and wellness centre, which can be used by non-residents too. A small supermarket offers the essentials for your daily needs. Other shopping options are available in the village Aldea (3 km) or in the supermarkets in Amposta (20 km), or Tortosa (25 km). There are several bars, restaurants and two discotheques. Sports and Excursions: The surrounding area offers all kinds of water sports, either at the house itself, or in Ampolla or in Ebrodelta, all within easy reach by car. Other activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and hiking are also possible in the area. Ebrodelta is a unique nature reserve that changes its appearance with its rice fields depending on the season. The surrounding area provides many opportunities for day trips to its neighbouring cities l`Ametlla de Mar, Cambrils, Salou, Tarragona or Peniscola. The hinterland along the Ebro is worth a visit. The amusement park 'Port Aventura' offers entertainment for the whole family. Day trip to Barcelona is easily possible both by train and car. Directions: The house can be reached by car via the motorway A7, exit Ampolla. The Ampolla station is about 3 km away from the house and there is good connectivity to Barcelona. You can arrive by plane to the airports Barcelona (160 km), Girona (200 km), Reus (70 km) or Valencia (180 km).

Really beautiful location by the sea. The house was a great size with wonderful swimming pool and spacious interior. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay in the future.

The home is in a beautiful location with a pool and directly on the beach. Literally, right across a pathway from the beautiful beach. Oh, did I mention there are two beach bars right there as well?
The neighborhood that the home is located in is extremely safe and the town is about 90-100 minutes from both Valencia and Barcelona. It's also an hour from some lovely wine country. Perfect!
We were pleased with our rental and thought that the house was a great place to spend nine evenings. The only reason that we are giving the house four stars are some maintenance issues that we're quite sure the owners/property managers will address appropriately.

Super Haus in super Lage
Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, direkt am Meer, sehr schöner Pool und Garten.
An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt.
2 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein.
Wir hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage und kommen gerne wieder.

Ideal para unas vacaciones frente al mar
Hemos estado 15 días con la familia y ha sido perfecto. La casa está muy bien situada y muy bien condicionada. Además la zona del Delta es muy tranquila, con increibles paisajes y playas, y una gastronomía excelente.

La casa tiene unas vistas increíbles en primera linea, a lado de la playa con acceso a rutas hacia otras tantas calas.
Bien equipada y muy acogedora. Tanto Javier como Patrick muy amables y serviciales. Todo fantástico.

ESPECTACULAR UBICACION
Gran alojamiento, muy buena zona exterior con pisicna y jardines y zona interior con aspecto cuidado limpio. El mirador es un lujazo, poder desayunar cada dia mirando solo el mar. Los muebles d ela cocina son una cosa a renovar, así como aumentar el numero de vajilla para no tener que usar tanto el lavavajillas. El baño de abajo reformado es super comodo y con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina. de las habitaciones el único pero son los colchones

Traumferien in Spanien / El Perello
Wir trafen ein sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus an. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Vom Esszimmer super Ausblick auf das Meer. Am Morgen bewunderten wir herrliche Sonnenaufgänge. Auch die ganze Infrastrukter stimmte. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke für diese Tage in ihrem schönen Haus.

Great beach house
We had a wonderful time in El Perelló! The house is right on the beach with a great large swimming pool and area outside for barbecuing and dining. The inside is very nice and modern as well. This place is highly recommended and we hope to return.

Familienurlaub August 2019
Wir waren mit zwei Familien ( 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) im Haus.
Top Lage direkt an Strand, im Haus und im Garten mit Pool ist alles, was man braucht. Allerdings könnten die Betten/ Matratzen besser sein, diese haben unseren Rücken ein paar Probleme bereitet.
Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Strandbar, in der man auch alles bekommt und auch mal abends essen kann.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub am Meer
Wir haben im Haus einen zweiwöchigen Familienurlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind verbracht. Das Haus, die Lage und die Umgebung haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, alles ist modern und hell und gleichzeitig fehlt es nicht an Gemütlichkeit. Der große Pool bietet eine gute Abkühlung und drumherum gibt es genügend Liegefläche zum Sonnen. Der kleine Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Garten ist wunderschön und kein Stück überlaufen, wie man es von den typischen Touristenorten kennt. An der Strandbar wird man mit vielen guten Kleinigkeiten umsorgt. Der Platz im Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, ob tagsüber oder abends. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch!
Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und unseren Urlaub dort erneut verbringen!

Zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert...
Wir waren über Weihnachten / Neujahr in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir hätten nie gedacht, dass Spanien in dieser Jahreszeit so herrlich sein kann. Das super schöne und gepflegte Haus hat dazu viel beigetragen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt und konnten uns kaum satt sehen am herrlichen Ausblick vom Wintergarten auf das blau schimmernde Meer und den stahlblauen Himmel während zu Hause alle klagten weil's nass und kalt war.
Mit dem Vermieter hat auch alles wunderbar und unkompliziert geklappt .
Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen, es ist alles wie beschrieben.
Danke, dass wir die Feiertage hier verbringen durften.

Traumhaft
Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt Anfang September war einfach großartig. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Pool ist einladend gestaltet und ebenfalls top gepflegt . Die Lage direkt am Meer rundet das überzeugende Gesamtpaket ab. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus / Guter Hausverwalter aber die Umgebung bzw. Nachbarschaft geht gar nicht
Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben aber die Umgebung nicht. In FEWO wird eine Strandbar ca. 30 m Entfernung angekündigt. Diese Strandbar ist auch da. Leider gibt es eine 2. Strandbar direkt vor dem Garten. Diese ist kein 5 m vom Zaun entfernt. Leider hatten wir je nach Windrichtung den Fritteusengeruch im Garten und im Haus. Am Wochenende wird es auch mal etwas lauter. Des Weiteren befindet sich eine öffentliche Toilette direkt links vom Grundstück (ca. 3 m vom Zaun). Der Toilettengeruch hatten wir ebenfalls sehr oft im Garten und Haus (tag und nachts). Das war für uns unerträglich. Im Garten zu Frühstücken war nicht möglich. Also je nach Windrichtung hatten wir Toilette oder Fritteuse in der Nase. Was ich auch noch erwähnen möchte ist das jeden Morgen so gegen 6.30 – 7.00 Uhr ein Traktor kommt um den Strand zu reingingen. Beim Rückwärtsfahren kommt ein sehr lautes Warnsignal – Lange Schlafen geht also nicht.
Echt Schade denn das Haus und die Lage sind toll.

Wunderschöne Ferien am Meer verbracht
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen in diesen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würden gerne wiederkommen.
Würde dieses Haus auch weiter empfehlen.

We spent a fantastic week at this wonderfully equipped and located property. Although there was just myself and my partner the Villa would comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Everything we needed was there, it was very clean and comfortable and the views from the back of the house out to sea were breathtaking. We particularly loved the little bar just a 2 minute walk around the corner also looking out over the bay. It's a 5 minute drive to the busy seafront town of L'Ampolla or a more energetic walk around the coastal path. We are already planning our next visit.

Einfach nur schön
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass es absolut sauber war und sogar das Geschirr im Schrank konnte sofort verwendet werden. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Der Garten endet, der Strand beginnt. Wir haben uns in den 17 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Verwalter ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch mit der Besitzerin des Hauses hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt. Sie ist sehr bemüht. dass der Urlaub in ihrem Haus wunderschön wird und es den Gästen an nichts feht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles einfach perfekt.

Traumhafte Lage
Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es liegt gefühlte 10m vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben morgens bei Sonnenaufgang und abends bei Mondschein den Blick auf das Meer genoßen.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Man kann hier sowohl wunderbar entspannen als auch zahlreichen Aktivitäten im Umkreis nachgehen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und auch mit "Xavi" vor Ort war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Nice and comfortable house with stunning seaview
We had a wonderful 14 days in the house. It has plenty of space and a it has amazing seaview. The sea and beach are only meters away. From every room we stayed you could sea and hear the sea. Well equipped kitchen and living room from where we watched the daily spectacular sunset and sunrise.
Nice terrace with a good BBQ place and chairs and beds.
Because it was still March we needed heating in the evening and the stoves did it very well and kept the house comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay in the El Perello Mar house (and also helped by the exceptional nice weather for this time of te year).
It certainly is a place to come back again !

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser Gegend im Urlaub, aber noch nie hatten wir ein so nahe am Meer gelegenes Haus. Schon beim Frühstück konnten wir den Blick aufs Meer geniessen. Den ruhigen Kieselstrand mit nur wenig Badegästen trotz Hochsaison konnten wir rege nutzen, aber auch den Pool schätzten wir sehr. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön neu möbliert und es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause! Auch im Vorfeld klappte alles bestens und wir hatten einen netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und auch mit dem Hauswart vor Ort.
Wir erholten uns bestens und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We’ve been in Ampolla the first time and stayed in Villa Ilropasa for one week with our friends and our two children. The pictures in the advertisement give a good impressions of what the house looks like.
Arrived in Ampolla, Javier, our helpful and kind local contact person showed us the house and the area around. We found a really nice house, located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood just 10 meters to the sea (The sound of the waves at night is awesome :)) where you can feel private and safe. The house is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the garden, the pool (especially for the kids) and the view were stunning! We really enjoyed spending time at the beautiful beach close to our house or at the bar from "Jep".
In the evening we made barbecue in the garden or went to the friendly and cozy restaurants in Ampolla for dinner. If we had any questions, we could ask Javier for help and information and the communication flowed (apart from little language problems) smoothly, just as well as with our renter.
We really enjoyed our vacation in Villa Ilropasa and recommend it to every family or group of friends who wanted to have a relaxing holiday at the beach.

Der schöne Aussenbereich und die direkte Strandlage haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Ein toller Ort für den Familienurlaub
Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Die persönliche und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter und den Hauswart ließen keine Fragen und Wünsche offen.Wir haben das Haus so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war, es war sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet,was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Wir waren mit drei kleinen Kindern vor Ort und haben die Vorteile der direkten Strandlage und des Pools sehr genossen. Das Auto ist aus unserer Sicht ein Muss, da sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants in den nächsten Ortschaften liegen.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
