About this condo rental
Located in Egg Harbor, this charming condo for $70 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy panoramic water views and breathtaking sunsets! Located at The Landmark Resort in Egg Harbor, WI, this beautifully appointed main-level end-unit condo in the desirable Harbor building is situated atop the bluff and features magnificent panoramic views of the waters of Green Bay and the Alpine Golf Course. The exceptionally updated, fully-equipped kitchen has all new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen opens to the updated dining and living room area which also includes a sofa-sleeper for additional family members or guests, and an adjacent patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom with queen-sized bed, closets and full bathroom have also been newly renovated. Flat screen TVs with cable and DVD player are located in the living room and bedroom, and secured wireless internet is included and accessible in both the condo and throughout the resort. Our rates are typically at least 20% lower than Landmark, and we do not charge extra for guests #3 or 4. Additionally, we offer a 5% discount for stays of 7+ days, and a 10% discount for longer term stays of 28+ days. This 42-acre, year-round resort located in the heart of the Door County Peninsula has numerous complimentary amenities, including a fitness center, 3 outdoor heated pools, a SALTWATER-indoor pool, whirlpool & steam room, picnic areas with gas barbeque grills, walking trails, and tennis, basketball & shuffleboard courts. Each building also conveniently has its own whirlpool, steam room, & laundry room. The on-site EV charging stations are FREE to use as our guest! Just a short walk from our unit, the onsite Carrington restaurant offers relaxing, casual dining with amazing views of the Bay and surrounding landscape.

The view is spectacular. The linens are nice and the bed is comfortable. The living area is nice. The staff of the resort is great. But the unit is not well-appointed. There was no salt or pepper or coffee filters. There was one and a half rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, and a half box of Kleenex. Here was no way to communicate with the owner directly but the resort staff told us that because it was rented by the owner and not the resort, they weren’t responsible for those things. There was one pot and some frying pans for cooking. We thought the shower was broken but the staff then told us you had to pull the handle out really hard, which was counter intuitive. One thing that was the resort’s responsibility was the hot tub in the building, in which the motor was burned out.

The place was great with minor exceptions. The large burner on the stove smoked when turned on making it a safety hazard. The hot water did not work great. Other than that it was a really nice space.

Property was clean, had a wonderful view of the water and was nicely appointed. My wife and I enjoyed cooking romantic meals together in the well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and the downstairs whirlpool and steam room provided towels for guest use. Destination charging for electric vehicles was free and a nice amenity. Would highly recommend!!

This was our second stay. We loved having the water view this year.
We love going for Thanksgiving weekend. It is quiet and very peaceful.

The property is beautiful. When we arrived in our unit the picture above the bed had fallen off the wall and onto the pillows. If that would have happened when we were asleep it could have been very disastrous! Also the bottom drawer of the bedroom closet unit was not on it’s track. The remote in the living room did not work.

Small but conveniently located, this unit is set among trees with a nice view of the lake in the distance--very peaceful. One pool can be seen from the room, but it's not so close as to be bothersome. Our 12-yr-old boy said the sofa bed was very comfy--it was a nice foam without the usual bars underneath. Bathroom and bedroom are a little snug but not uncomfortable. Kitchen is nicely updated but we didn't use it much; we spent most of our 4 days out exploring or swimming. We would definitely stay again!

Let’s start with the positive: the view from the condo is very nice. The grounds of the resort are well maintained. There are several outdoor pools and one indoor pool, and hot tubs in each building. I’m afraid that these are the only positives.
Unfortunately I had to deal with a leaking pipe and mold in the bathroom of the condo. The pipe must have been leaking for a while because there was a rubber mat underneath the sink, in the cabinet, which collected the water, but there was so much water on it that leaked under the mat and on the wall. The bottom of the cabinet was thoroughly soaked. I contacted the owner and maintenance came within 30 minutes. Owner claimed that they had no knowledge of the leaking pipe and it’s the resort’s responsibility to check and maintain the condo. Pipe was fixed and the mold was removed but the cabinet remained wet and musty.
Windows were very dirty. I requested that the sliding door be cleaned and it was done.
The bedroom is tiny and dark, and the mattress is worn and uncomfortable. There are very little closet space.
Because the kitchen is small, there are not many cabinets. The plates and bowls are kept in an upper cabinet and for someone who is short like me, it’s difficult or impossible to reach. Pots and pans are very scratched up.
The buildings of the resort are dated inside and they smell.

I went to Door County with daughter and daughter-in-law for the first time. This condo was perfect. Small but comfortable and clean. The resort is so peaceful. The room overlooking the pool and lake view was perfect. It was far enough away from hustle and bustle but still conveniently located. We have no complaints and would stay here again.

We were booked for four days but we checked out after twelve hours. The pictures are extremely deceptive! This place is nothing more than a mini-suite in a two star hotel. The very uncomfortable 3/4 size bed is I enclosed in the smallest bedroom I have ever seen. No closet, nightstands or dresser, only a couple of wardrobes that barely fit in the room. There is no lighting other than an annoying ceiling fixture. There’s barely enough room to walk around the bed. After a very uncomfortable night, we decided to leave at 5:00 am the next morning. The resort is a nice facility located in a beautiful wooded area but the unit was not what we expected even though the square footage was indicated on the listing. I don’t understand the positive reviews. They are very deceptive also. The place is clean and except for the bedroom, well furnished in the cramped space. It’s not a spectacular water view condo!

My husband and I went to Door County for our anniversary. The resort is in a perfect location. It was right by all of the things we wanted to see. The room was clean and the resort had friendly staff at the front desk. We will definitely come back.

The condo was clean and located in a beautiful area. The bed and bedding were old and worn. I didn't sleep well at all. There was some confusion on how the shower worked. I called the owner and he wasn't very helpful. He told me to call maintenance. The kitchen dishes and utensils were dated and worn as well.
