the size of the room and location
Window air conditioners were noisey and filters needed a change. Some the pocket door was missing a latch handle to open and close.

The suite was clean and the property is well maintained. The front desk staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
We were on the ground floor and could hear the guests in the suite upstairs walking/running around at 2am. That's definitely not the hotel's fault but it was difficult to sleep through. I'll ask for an upstairs suite next time.

Room was large enough and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. We have stayed here in the past and thought it would be a nice getaway for a couple of days
There was remodeling construction going on right above our room. Extremely noisy from 8am until 5pm. It was hard to even relax with hammering and sawing and all of the loud construction noise. The hammering was so severe it knocked a ceiling cover down in the main bathroom.
