The resort is amazing. I stayed in an end, upper unit with easy in and out access to an entry on the end. The front desk staff were extremely kind and friendly. Location is close to restaurants and the water. I highly recommend Newport Resort,

From time to check in to Checking out service was excellent. The staff We're friendly. And very helpful. The hotel in very family orientated. They had a play area for the children to play in along with the pool area inside an outside pool area. The lobby area was clean and well kept. Noise level was kept to a minimum noted at night. Which was nice if you wanted to sleep. A room inspection. What smt with above standards excellent to be exact? Look forward to returning to this hotel.

This property is great value for the price. Friendly staff, great location, unlimited hot chocolate, bath robes for swimming comfort, fitness center, pool, etc. It is slightly outdated with its amenities, but still a great value. The equipment that may need some updates include: broken sauna, non-functioning jets in the hot tub, old elliptical machine in the fitness center, window seals around the pool observation, etc. Our actual room was clean and comfortable to meet our standards.

The hotel itself was nice . The bedrooms were in good order. We did find a pair of someonea clothes in a drawer in the room. The pool needed to be cleaned and the pool area was messy. Also we left an item in the room and when I called they said they didn't find it. So either they missed it or someone stoled it.

The staff was very helpful and service-oriented. The property was clean and the rooms are in great condition. Close to bars & restaurants. 24 hour coffee area, pool, hot tub & workout room are great extras! We LOVE staying here!!!!!

Winter in Egg Harbor is much calmer than the peak season and we enjoyed family time at the pool and relaxing in our room.

Our 4th stay here. Tooms have lots of space, great kitchens and cozy. Sauna was not working though. Everyone friendly and helpful.

Room was very nice and clean with everything we needed. Only negatives were noise from other guests in the hallway and stairwells and that the stereo system was useless without a FM antenna and non-working auxiliary port. Basically a CD player only. Deck railing has a rotting hole that has been painted around at least once. Location of the hole allows the water to run right down into a wall which makes me wonder how much more neglect the property gets.

We visited during the off season and while the resort was busy it was still very quiet in our room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and everything was in working order. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving break. 2 children and 2 adults. Enjoyed the place. It’s certainly an older property, but charming, clean, and nice premium suites. We did not set high expectations and it was just fine. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Really lovely accommodations in a very convenient location. Loved having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great use of space; cozy, functional, pleasant decor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price for what we got. I will absolutely come back!

This hotel resort is perfect for families! It has an indoor and outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, an epic indoor play area for kids, 24/7 coffee, and it's ran by a super nice family.

We truly enjoyed our stay. I had a broken ankle & toe, and they made sure our room was conveniently located for easiest access to parking, the pool, etc. The property was decorated so cute for fall & everything was maintained very well. I especially enjoyed the available lobby coffee 24/7, where they had to-go cups and I could make my own 1/2 decaf. The amentities were great & the size of the porch was amazing! I will be staying again for sure!

Love this place. Convenient location and suite has many modern conveniences. The one downside is that the molding in bathrooms needs replacing. Definitely showing its age!

We love staying at this property with another couple. The two bedroom, two bath is super affordable for a long weekend away. Great outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub. Walk into town for a few restaurants and bars. Free bikes too!

Property is very well maintained. Very clean. Very close to everything in Egg Harbor. Great value for a lot of space. A lot of amenities -- full kitchen, jetted whirlpool, covered balcony/patio with table and chairs -- We used this a lot! The staff is very nice and helpful. This is the second time we stayed there and would do so again.
