The staff are always polite and very respectful. It’s a good location close to the night life , my 6 or 7 th time there.

hotel manila is on the Makati side. the hotel staff and the staff at the reception are great people who helped us with everything:) I will definitely come to this hotel again.we had a great time. I would like to thank all the hotel staff; I honestly couldn't have felt more at home.especially at meals and breakfasts, the hotel's cooks are very good, they can immediately tell from your face what you want to eat that day and make a menu according to it as if :)

good location but very busy road
loft room had low beams which were bad if you were over 5’ 9” we moved rooms but would have preferred the loft room
