Stunning hotel right in the heart of Makati. The on site onsen a huge highlight, just like they have in Japan (just missing a cold pool). The massage at the hotel perhaps the best I had in the Phillipines. Very little to complain about.
In hotel restaurant a bit expensive, but you pay for convenience.

Big room. Restaurant staff were lovely.
Room service was incredibly slow. Lobby staff seemed a bit lost at times and didn’t seem to have the best training. No way this is a 5 star hotel.
