Nestled in Sawyer, this lovely house for $264 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Nestled at the end of private road, our beautiful cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. Surrounded by mature trees on a 1/3 acre of land. Bring your family to enjoy warm days at the beach and evenings by the fire pit. Central to everything Harbor County has to offer. We're situated just 1.5 mile from downtown Sawyer, a great place to visit local breweries, like Greenbush Brewery, the Sawyer Garden Center, antique shops, and great food. Close to numerous wineries, microbreweries, distilleries, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries and more. Less than 1 mile from Warren Dunes where you climb the sand dunes and relax or swim on the beautiful beaches. You'll love the location and the house. Three full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, plus sleeper sofa, and air mattress. Indoor gas burning fireplace, screen porch, 8 person hot tub, enjoy meals with both gas and charcoal grills. Central heat and AC. Full size washer and dryer. Come stay at our updated, beautiful, 1200 sf house. We have a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs! This fresh and clean cottage is the perfect rental property for a large or small family or multiple families. We had a great time! I enjoyed the property's wooded surroundings and the private backyard. It's just a stone's throw from Warren Dunes beach and hiking trails, which was also nice. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

The house was better than the description. There was plenty of room for the nine of us. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, and exploring the area. The dogs enjoyed exploring the backyard and taking walks to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Our family has been coming to Harbour Country for a family weekend each fall for the past few years and I would say this was the best place we stayed

The home is much nicer than the pictures display! Yes, it is a bit dated in areas but being able to bring the family dog makes it worth it. They truly have everything you need in the kitchen. We always bring foil, sandwich bags, etc. etc. and there was no need - many thanks to the owners. The dog treats, toys, and bowls for food/water were kind and much appreciated by the dog. Also, very close to the Dunes and beach if that’s what you’re planning while on your stay. Thanks again for allowing us to share your home - next time we’re in the area, we’ll look you up!

We stayed here for a nice long weekend with some of our friends. Plenty of room for our group of 4 to chill on the porch or watch some TV when we weren't out exploring the array of breweries and wineries nearby. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive so the location was excellent! Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Sawyer! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the yard was a great getaway with all the amenities. We loved that this place is dog-friendly, and the owner was so kind and accommodating. The location is so close to Warren Dunes, a great coffee shop, and a lovely fruit stand. Highly recommend!

Corey made check in easy and even let us come early. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We spent the days at the Warren Dunes and at night we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The house fit all of us perfectly. The screened in porch was an awesome addition! We definitely will be back!

Great stay! Enjoyed local restaurants, ordering in and dining out, made some excellent meals in the nice kitchen with farm-fresh foods. Easy walk to the beach to see sunsets, and made much use of Warren Dunes State Park. The dog was the most comfortable of all!

Well-maintained and well-stocked house with a beautiful yard. Enjoyed the hammock, hot-tub and fire pit surrounded by lush landscaping. Our dog adjusted to the house quickly with the toys and treats! Weather was perfect so we enjoyed the Warren Dunes and bike riding everyday. Screen porch for every meal in!

The description of this property was spot on but in person it was even more divine. The fenced in backyard was not only pup friendly it was a botanical refuge. The homeowners have thought of everything you and your pups may need for a day at the beach or just relaxing at the cove enjoying the breeze off the screened porch or soaking in the hot tub. The property is secluded yet a minute from Warren Dunes State Park and so close to many local Breweries, restaurants and shops. The owners were attentive and responsive. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

We loved this property. It is a very clean, secluded and overall very cozy place. The kitchen was amazing stocked with everything that you would need. It has a beautiful fenced in back yard. Enjoyed watching the birds and the squirrels running around in the mornings. Hot tub was very clean and the temp was perfect. We have put this on our list to rent again.

This is the most pet friendly rental I've ever seen! The yard is really lovely with nice landscaping, a solid fence, a hammock and of course the hot tub. The screened in porch is also a fantastic gathering space and the fact that it has a wood burning fire place is just another perk. Our group enjoyed ourselves very much and wish to extend gratitude to our host.

If you are looking for a nice home to rest and relax or spend a weekend with kids, friends, and your dog, this place is for you. It is spacious with a lot of sleeping room, has a wonderful backyard for entertaining yourself, and is close to so many great places to eat, drink, hike, swim, etc. This was our second visit to this cottage, and it will not be our last. This property was perfect for our family to stay together for our wedding weekend! The house is absolutely adorable, spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your getaway. We had a great time! Very clean and quite little place off the main highway that had everything we could need. Place was very comfortable and could tell that they care about your stay. Very convenient to all the breweries, wineries, beaches, and places to dine. So easy to get to and 10-20 minute from everything. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and the hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Great spot!

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Location could not be better. About a mile from Warren Dunes, super close to dt Sawyer and Three Oaks. House is exactly as it looks in the pix. Perfect for our family of 4 and 60lb dog. Yard is great too. House is FULLY stocked.

The Warner Dunes Park is minutes away with beautiful beaches - especially a great dog beach for our pup. Many great places to eat from Sawyer to New Buffalo to Benton Harbor. While there are more local golf courses, golfing is best in Indiana which is a short 30 minute drive - especially Beechwood Golf which was a beautiful course for $30 - a real steal! Weather was great. We really recommend this place for a great vacation!

Check-in was easy, house was clean and everything we needed was provided. A very short drive to the state park and beautiful Lake MI beach. We bought a pass and went every day. There are two kayaks, two bikes and lots of beach equipment to be used - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. The back yard is like a park (fenced) and corn hole in the front yard. Our family had a great time, thanks for everything, Corey.
(Oh, but do pay close attention to the directions Corey sends. For some reason Google can't find this house, so don't rely on those directions .)

Good communication, easy check in, clean and cozy cottage with all we needed. We love the Tower Hill location with easy access to Dunes, Weko Beach and Cherry Beach.. Had a relaxing time with hot tub, games and family time. Would recommend and hope to return!

We have stayed at a lot of different places and this was by far had the most amenities and items available to use. You could honestly just bring a few groceries and clothes and need nothing else. There were games, cards, children’s books, toys and so much more for beach fun. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We had an amazing time. Although short (4 nights), we really enjoyed the house and everything it has to offer. It's even better in person. We had 9 and had plenty of room. The yard is stunning and very cozy atmosphere all around. The dunes were just a short couple minutes drive. New Buffalo was just a short 10-15 minute drive. There seemed to be more in that area but still plenty of places nearby. Some were closed on Sun-Mon. Overall, everyone loved the cozy house and we'd highly recommend and would stay again. We regret we didn't bring at least one of our dogs lol. A friend of mine already plans to book after she saw pics I'd posted. Great place to stay. The host was very nice and great communication. Our only regret was not staying another night or two.
