Pretty close to town
I didn’t think it was great for the price. Also some dogs in the courtyard had me nervous, but I’m sometimes nervous around dogs I don’t know.

Adequate for a short stay, overall. The owner/hostess was very kind and even gave us 100 pesos for the colectivo to San Antonio as we were out of cash
There was no small bedside light in the room, so we had to use the main lights. There was no warm water for the shower

Room was spacious.
Some rooms don't have AC. But there are 2 fans, which do the job.

Beautiful and clean room. Great location for walking anywhere in Mazunte and catching transportation.
My room was very hot all day and all night. The building seems to retain heat. My 5-day stay would have been greatly improved if there had been a communal refrigerator to store breakfast basics or leftovers.
